It's been a mega busy start to the year for us so we've not had a chance to update this for awhile ! This one goes back to September....we were proud to make it on the Worcester Bosch WAI Rome conference trip. The trip was a great success, a good group and lots of good ideas and updates to do with our industry with a outlook to the future. The photos shows myself David Frith and my Dad with Carl Arntzen CEO of Worcester Bosch Group. This year we're continuing our boiler sal...es growth. Last year we installed 144 Worcester Bosch Boilers and this year were on track to go above the 150 mark which will see us become Platinum Accredited Installers. It's not all about new installs though- we do focus on our existing customer base. We've introduced an automated boiler service / landlords gas safety certificate reminder system as well as a CRM system to further improve our service to existing customers. A pipe which has burst from freezing! The fire brigade were called out due to the volume and sudden collapse of a ceiling.... we followed up and made a repair. They done a great job of stopping the water and putting down plastic sheeting to stop further damage to flooring etc. If you don't already know where you Cold Water Main Stopcock is find it today, As you don't want to be searching for it in an emergency! Usual places are under your kitchen sink, under a hatch at front or back door, or in flats a hatch in the communal hallway beside your door.

We hope everyone had Merry Christmas. We're on call- committed to providing excellent customer service. We never let an existing customer down- boiler breakdown at one of the Camphill estate houses today (Boxing Day) boiler back up and running for tonight with a full repair to be completed tomorrow.

One of today's repairs was a Mira Showers - Mira 88-originally fitted in 1990. A new internal set was fitted. The shower is now working like new again- customer delighted ! It proves it's always worthwhile investing a little more in a well known good quality manufacturer. Spares will remain available for years to come. If spares were not available we would have had to of removed tiles to replace the shower which would of made it a messy and more expensive job.

Another Worcester Bosch boiler installed with a 10 year Guarantee. This boiler replaced an electric panel heater system. The boiler was installed within a Kitchen unit. The unit back-panel was removed to install the boiler and pipework. The back-panel has now been re fitted, you can't see the pipework but everything remains accessible for future servicing. The base of the unit can be used for storage. New Stelrad Softline Radiators were installed along with a chrome towel rail in the bathroom. Big improvement in controls too with the installation of the Worcester comfort 2 wireless programmable room thermostat. We offer a free Quotation service within Aberdeen.

We've been using our thermal imaging camera to help diagnose problems and check the progress of central heating system flushing. These are a few before and after photos of a recent central heating system flush. The dark areas show where magnetite (black sludge) has blocked the waterways within the radiator creating cold spots, resulting in poor performance. Longer room heat up times leading to increased gas usage. We use ADEY solutions Magnacleanse system. This system of 11 radiators took a full day to clean- upon finishing a Magnaclean system filter was installed providing lifetime protection, then the system was refilled adding in inhibitor which prevents corrosion within the system. The customer was delighted with the results and noticed a difference straight away- all radiators heating up quickly and a equal distribution of heat.

When I was interested in replacing my boiler I called Aberdeen Gas Services after already having had a quotation from British Gas, David explained exactly what he would do, we also considered the boiler to be better quality with a longer warranty..



David worked extra hours on the Monday, completing the work on the Tuesday, he explains everything he is going to do. Highly recommended!!

David really went the extra mile to sort a problem with our central heating which was really difficult to access, but he managed it! As well as completely fixing our system, he has made modifications to ensure that it can't happen again and he also gave us lots of really useful advice as well. These guys are extremely trustworthy and do not overcharge for their services. 10 out of 10.

Dave installed a Bosch boiler for me in November 2016 which has since worked fantastically without any issues. Dave clearly cares about the standard of work he provides and I’d easily recommend his company to anyone considering a new/replacement boiler system.

Contacted David about getting a full bathroom renovation. He was able to help through the planning stage right to the final fit. All the other trades required were arranged by him and this resulted in the bathroom being completed to a very high standard in a good time scale. The final result is better than I could have expected. Thanks again
