After experiencing an awful trapped nerve for some time accompanied by constant spasms in my neck and arms I referred myself to AOC. I initially visited Ian for remedial massage for a couple of sessions, which was great and the pain eased a lot. Ian however, recommended that I see Abdul for at least a session to straighten me out completely! Wow! I feel great. Abdul (accompanied by therapist, Avril) have helped me also incredibly!
