Moving is always stressful, but Aberdeenshire Leasing took away a great deal of the strain.



From start to finish, all meetings and negotiations with Angie and her team have been friendly, helpful and professional. Not only did Angie arrange for meter readings and cleaning of the property, but she also organised the transfer of utilities to my name, contacted Aberdeenshire Council with regard to council tax, and even provided a very unexpected welcome hamper containing bread, butter, milk, sugar, coffee, tea and biscuits.



A folder was provided, containing information pertaining to the property, including useful contact numbers in case of emergency, etc. In addition, there was a second folder which contained user manuals for all white goods in the property. A couple of minor issues on arrival were dealt with swiftly.



I have rented for many years and this has been the least stressful move ever. Many thanks to you, Angie, and your team.

I can not recommend Aberdeenshire Leasing enough. I’ve been in my flat for almost a year and a half and Angie and Lynsey have been an absolute godsends! This was my first ever flat and they’ve both helped me every step of the way and been so kind and generous. I’m devastated I’m leaving to be honest, the flat is stunning but mainly i don’t want to leave because i know i will never be treated this well by an agency again.
