Well we did it myself & Platinum Makeup by Julz are still buzzing from yesterday's JAM Awards at Thainstone House.
What an amazing day, we are so so proud of all the girls that entered, to so we were blown away is an understatement!
Thank you so much to everyone that shared our event and came along to support. This was our first one and we are so chuffed that we pulled it off and it was such a huge success so thank you for believing in us 💕

Well what can I say? Alana is actually a magician. No other way to describe her!



Alana was the make up artist for my wedding 30.09.17 for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mother of the bride.



My mum and myself had a trial with Alana back in August and it was fabulous. Alana was so lovely and listened to what we liked and this was reflected in our make up.



After going away and looking at pictures of the trial, I decided there was a few tweaks I wanted to make for the make up on the big day so I discussed with Alana who listened to what I wanted but also advised me using her expertise.



On the wedding day there is actually no words for how amazing she did the make up for all of us. We have had so much compliments about our make up.The girls and my mum looked absolutely beautiful.



Alana truly had listened to what I wanted and the outcome of my wedding make up was not practised before so I put my complete trust in her to make it how I wanted it and she exceeded that.



Honestly love Alana as a person, she is so kind and easy to speak to and so wonderful at painting faces!



Will definitely continue to use for as many occasions as I can - when she isn’t fully booked �

On Friday 28th July Alana did my make up, and my 3 bridesmaids. Alana was a highly professional make up artist and I felt totally relaxed and confident with her guidance and expertise.

She was so attentive to detail and making sure we all had the best preparation and make up applied to suit us all as individuals. Alana planned the timing and dedicated enough time to each person which made everything perfectly planned. Everything I desired was accomplished with ease which could only add to our sheer enjoyment of the wedding morning. Thank you so much Alana, you were truly amazing xxxx

I had thee most amazing wedding morning with Alana.

Alana provided the make-up for myself, 2 bridesmaids, 2 Mums and even our flower girl. Alana is an amazingly talented make-up artist. She made everyone look stunningly beautiful and always worked to what suited us and made us feel comfortable. The flower girl was only 3 but very keen to have some lipstick and Alana obliged, was very patient and friendly with her and even gave her a little bit of sparkle.

Alana was professional through out, she was excellent at keeping in touch and gave great advice on skin care prior to the wedding.

On the morning Alana arrived perfectly on time and allowed us to have a chilled out and relaxed environment.

I will definitely continue to be a customer of Alana for occasion make-up, just hope I have enough occasions.

I can’t recommend this lady enough!!

She did the makeup for my wedding on 2nd April 2018 along with her fabulous assistant, and made everyone (especially those who were nervous aka me!) feel calm, relaxed and beautiful.

Until my wedding trial for my hen night in July I had never been to Alana and was obviously quite nervous however she instantly put me at ease and done my make up exactly how I had asked. From the first time we spoke until the minute she left on the day of my wedding she was just amazing she always replied quickly to messages and always kept me in the loop. On the day of the wedding she had 5 adults and 2 children to do and boy she just got everyone spot on. Everyone looked amazing and we had so many laughs with everyone feeling so comfortable around her. I would 100% recommend her she's fantastic ��

Alana done my make up and hair up for a wedding I was attending. The make up was perfect, good coverage but didn't feel like I had any on. I received loads of lovely comments. The eyelashes were fab, very natural. My hair was also ace and stayed in all night. My hair is very thick!!



Alana made me feel very comfortable checked to make sure I was happy, asked what I wanted and as I'm very indecisive, I let her decide.



I know need another night out to have an excuse to go back. Xx

Alana done my make up and hair up for a wedding I was attending. The make up was perfect, good coverage but didn't feel like I had any on. I received loads of lovely comments. The eyelashes were fab, very natural. My hair was also ace and stayed in all night. My hair is very thick!!



Alana made me feel very comfortable checked to make sure I was happy, asked what I wanted and as I'm very indecisive, I let her decide.



I know need another night out to have an excuse to go back. Xx

Alana did myself and my bridal parties make up for my wedding on Saturday, she is absolutely amazing and made us all look flawless! She is so lovely and was so much fun to have there on the morning of my wedding! Alana is super talented at what she does! Our make up lasted all day and night without budging even though it was roasting hot! I'm so glad she was free on the date of my wedding and I could not recommend her enough! From the moment I got in touch with Alana she made me feel at ease and I particularly enjoyed the time my Mum and I spent with her at the trial where she took her time to talk us through the products she was using and any skin care problems we might have or wanted to talk through - Alana’s skin preparation guide was also very useful. We had lots of compliments about our make up and it lasted all day, I didn’t even feel like I was wearing lashes either!

Well what can I say? Alana is actually a magician. No other way to describe her!



Alana was the make up artist for my wedding 30.09.17 for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mother of the bride.



My mum and myself had a trial with Alana back in August and it was fabulous. Alana was so lovely and listened to what we liked and this was reflected in our make up.



After going away and looking at pictures of the trial, I decided there was a few tweaks I wanted to make for the make up on the big day so I discussed with Alana who listened to what I wanted but also advised me using her expertise.



On the wedding day there is actually no words for how amazing she did the make up for all of us. We have had so much compliments about our make up.The girls and my mum looked absolutely beautiful.



Alana truly had listened to what I wanted and the outcome of my wedding make up was not practised before so I put my complete trust in her to make it how I wanted it and she exceeded that.



Honestly love Alana as a person, she is so kind and easy to speak to and so wonderful at painting faces!



Will definitely continue to use for as many occasions as I can - when she isn’t fully booked �

On Friday 28th July Alana did my make up, and my 3 bridesmaids. Alana was a highly professional make up artist and I felt totally relaxed and confident with her guidance and expertise.

She was so attentive to detail and making sure we all had the best preparation and make up applied to suit us all as individuals. Alana planned the timing and dedicated enough time to each person which made everything perfectly planned. I had thee most amazing wedding morning with Alana.

Alana provided the make-up for myself, 2 bridesmaids, 2 Mums and even our flower girl. Alana is an amazingly talented make-up artist. She made everyone look stunningly beautiful and always worked to what suited us and made us feel comfortable. The flower girl was only 3 but very keen to have some lipstick and Alana obliged, was very patient and friendly with her and even gave her a little bit of sparkle.

Alana was professional through out, she was excellent at keeping in touch and gave great advice on skin care prior to the wedding.

On the morning Alana arrived perfectly on time and allowed us to have a chilled out and relaxed environment.

I will definitely continue to be a customer of Alana for occasion make-up, just hope I have enough occasions.

Alana is absolutely fantastic !! Until my wedding trial for my hen night in July I had never been to Alana and was obviously quite nervous however she instantly put me at ease and done my make up exactly how I had asked. From the first time we spoke until the minute she left on the day of my wedding she was just amazing she always replied quickly to messages and always kept me in the loop. On the day of the wedding she had 5 adults and 2 children to do and boy she just got everyone spot on.
