Some photos from today's fact finding trip to Alford and Ellon. Lots of ideas for the new Peterhead facilities.
Off on a wee road trip with fellow Buchan Councillors to Alford to look at the new community campus, then to Inverurie to the Bennachie Care Village, then back via Ellon Community Campus, part of our information gathering for the Peterhead masterplan.
My second visit was to MACBI which was hoaching! Bookbug, crafts, Lego, inflatables, football, cafe - great atmosphere and lots of smiley faces! #LiveLifeAberdeenshire #NewYearNewYouNewUs
Day 2 of the Live Life Aberdeenshire launch weekend. A visit to Peterhead Community & Leisure centre where some of our third sector partners were showing off what they could offer to enhance people's lives - Peterhead Men's Shed, Age Peterhead, Silverline as well as NHS Grampian's Healthpoint. Keith Byers, the centre manager was delighted with the attendance especially yesterday when over 1400 people came along and tried out some activities! #NewYearNewYouNewUs indeed!
