If anyone is thinking of buying shopkins season 6 DONT On tues i order one & reveived season 5 so Wednesday morning on live web chat with someone called Victoria I complained & reordered they promised to send another one that day, nothing came so this morning I phoned was cut off 4 time but I stuck with it complained again they promised to send another one few minutes later checked my email only to see another season 5 was on it's way same as bloody one lying here. I phoned again to be finally told Aberdeen doesn't have season 6 in stock & should never have accepted my order well Argos if that's not false advertising I don't know what is. Last time I looked that was illegal
Just purchased an item from this store to find it covered in mould. Guess I'll be getting back in the car to exchange it.
I am absolutely furious with your service. I phoned up yesterday about a faulty chair that was delivered with my furniture shop last week. The man on the phone told me that a collection of the chair was arranged for 2pm-6pm and the new chair would be delivered 6pm-10pm. So, I took a day off to sit in my flat the entire day. 6pm rolls around and no collection. I call your customer service and get told the delivery and collection are actually both scheduled for 7pm to 10pm! I've wasted my entire day and to be told this! I then got a text saying my delivery would be between 7pm and 8pm. Then a text at 6:45 saying my order would be there within the next 15 minutes. Ten to 8 and still no van. I call and am told I'm first on the list but driver had to take a small detour and he wouldn't be long. Ten to 8 I call yet again as no delivery driver! I get refunded my delivery charge and told he wont be long. 1 hour later! Ten to 9 I call yet again.. At this point I've been stuck in my flat all day, I need to go food shopping and take my dog for a walk. The woman tries to call the driver but he doesn't answer so she leaves him a message asking him to call me with an estimated time. At 9:10 I get a text saying that they were unable to deliver my item!! There was no van outside. No buzz at my doorbell. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. There is no other time I have that I can get this chair picked up and new one delivered until Monday evening at a stretch! And your customers service is conveniently closed when I get this text! I am outraged.
Had the worst experience today. Slow. Staff ignoring customers. And an attitude because I complained.
Be great if they answered their phones.Not helpful staff at all
Back to 1 star. Argos arranged re-delivery before Christmas then told me it would be 28th, told them to cancel the order and still waiting for it to be removed from my account.
Ordered same day delivery for Christmas present. Checked online and it said parcel had been delivered. It hadn't. Contacted Argos, they said driver had failed to deliver and they would get back to me. Didn't. I had to contact Argos to be told, ok sorry, delivery will be on 28th.
