About Auld Kirk Nursery
The Auld Kirk Nursery is an accredited provider of Early learning and childcare in partnership with Aberdeenshire council. We provide 20 hours funding per week Monday to Friday during Term Time for 3-5 year olds
Auld Kirk Nursery Description
The Nursery is an accredited provider of Early learning and childcare in partnership with Aberdeenshire council.
Children in our morning group age 3-4 can receive a funded place 15hours 50mins a week.
We also have a pre-funded group when children start at 2yr 6 months this is on a tues and thurs 12. 30-2. 30.
The nursery uses the new national guidance practice document on early learning and childcare building the ambition (children and young people act 2014)

At Nursery we work hard to provide a wide and balanced Curriculum. The Curriculum for Excellence is about ensuring that we help develop and educate our children so they become:
Successful Learners, Confident Individuals, Responsible Citizens, Effective Contributors
Reviews
Some of the children at Auld Kirk Nursery being presented with £500 cheque from Asda. The children are getting a visit from Dinky Doctors soon as a treat and the rest of the money will be used on some new equipment xx

Applications for funded places during 2019/2020 Nursery is 21st January to 1st February. If your child was born between 1st March 2015 and 28th February 2017 pop in for a form during application period to apply for funded place
Looking forward to getting Back to nursery tomorrow (Tuesday) some children remaining another year and a few new starts to welcome into the Auld Kirk. Best of luck to all the children who are moving on to primary one/ nursery. Morning group starts 8.50 Afternoon 12.30 to 2.30 see you there😄😄

Last week we had 2 lovely work experience girls from Fraserburgh Academy with us all week Hannah Thompson and Louise Hay.The children loved having them and we were glad of the extra help. Below they are having fun with the parachute x
Auld Kirk Nursery Buttery morning this Saturday 19th May in Old Parish Church Hall 10am-12 noon £2 child £1.50
We had a visit recently from the Puppet Gang and a magic bubble show. The children loved it x
I think the teachers at the Audi Kirk nursery are very dedicated to the children they make all the learning and activities fun and have a endless amount of patience also they keep every parent and carer up to date with children's progress
