Ballater Walking Festival

Ballater Walking Festival is held annually in May. It offers a week of walking activities in Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park and each day participants are are offered three walks of varying difficulty. Usually about 100 participants, led by professional or experienced and knowledgeable local guides, explore the hills and glens of this beautiful area. the festival is organised by the local community
