I arrived, through a gap in the trees A balm entered me, blown on the breeze An oasis of calm, mid the frantic push... No need to speed or race or rush Sweet, kind soft pale petal pink moon luminesced ,through cloud curled night Peeking its face for a while With full light Gently, it, Backlighted a stage , a hamlet set On the brow of a hill, where humans met There players and dancers spun their tune The moment was now the dream so soon. Grandchildren ran laughing, At ease with the peace Dancing to music, praying for sun Still raining !?!?!? Said one of the young pure ones. Hands over his, head cupped to his chest He played the game, a life long jest Enjoying the moments, took them full on Till the battery ran out and he dreamed beyond Connection happened in caring touch The value was felt and I hope so much That a speck of this will reside in our soul And together we will make it a goal To breathe and live the reality Made Spending the time there to be played. I commissioned local artist Lucy Wilson to create this bread board which has turned into a piece of art. If you would like her to create one for you... Claudia Van Zuiden who some might remember as the lead singer in SAGE from the Breemie Festival and a core member of the Festival has set up this Fundraiser to help the people on the ground level she knows from her years of work supporting the Nepali people. All money goes directly to them. Kushday Nites July 2015 - CANCELLED!
Dear all, I’m sorry I haven’t been in touch with updates of what has been happening. Unfortunately there have been other events come up in my life that had to take precedence over the arrangements for the festival in the summer. These are still ongoing at the moment and look to continue in the foreseeable future.
As a result I am unable to put in the time and energy that Is required to organise the preparations for the event and therefore... have to cancel the event.
I’m so sorry but in reality it would be unfair and unrealistic to try to continue. I hope you can understand. Thank you to those who responded and I hope at a future date that we can try again.

Hey everybody - we just havent managed to pull Breemie together this year. Lots of changes going on in our lives and we have run out of time. Alan is however putting his energy into a new venture a month later at the circle which is a full 3 day Country and Irish Festival..... so you may want to rock along to that! Hopefully Breemie will breathe itself into life in 2015!
So whatever you are doing this year have a Fantastic Solstice!

HAPPY AND BLESSED SOLSTICE TO YOU ALL.
Celebrations as part of the Breemie Festival tonight. Gates open at 4pm tonight for ticket holders and if you still have to buy tickets. Camping of course is available from tonight as well.
... The OFFICIAL Opening Ceremony for the Festival is in the stone circle at 10.10 am on Saturday morning.
What a 'blessed' treat we have for those of you that will be there for this Conscious Opening Ceremony.

We now have a Qigong demonstration in the Workshop tent from 5pm - 6pm....Grassroots Blacksmithing making things out of recycled metals, Permaculture, the very knowledgable Fairly Taylor talking about Tree Mysteries and Folklore and a walk around showing wild flowers and their medicinal uses..... the list of people sharing their gifts for you grows daily. All updated and online in their Whats on Categories....
... We might have to have a full two days next time at this rate.....
Camping from Friday 4pm, busking around the fires in the circle and I have heard a rumour that the fire spinners and jugglers might be there on Friday night. ... Remember day tickets are now the same price as the cheaper online prices so tell those that might have been not able to buy online.
The opening of the circle Ceremony starts at 10.10 am on Saturday morning. Can we fill the circle with people?
There is a special blessing for those that are there for the Ceremony. You won't be disappointed.... got to be there in the moment to receive it.
