Facebook competition Terms and Conditions – Competition for cinema tickets

Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this competition form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail. A hard copy of these terms and conditions may be obtained by sending a request along with a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Cineworld Union Square competition Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, Power Road Studios, 114 Power Road, London, W4 5PY.

1. Participants
You must be a UK resident aged 15 years or over to participate. Participants under 15 years old may be asked for proof of the consent of a parent or legal guardian to claim any prize. The competition is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the competition.

2. How to Enter
Caption this competition – entries will need to add their comment below the image to enter the competition. Multiple entries per person are allowed.

3. Closing Date
The start date for the competition is Monday at 9am and the closing time and date for entries is Thursday at 4pm

4. The Draw
All entries received will be collected together for the draw, which will take place no later than midnight on the Thursday. One (1) winner will be drawn at random and will win the prize as detailed in section 5 below. The Winners name will be posted on our page and asked to contact us. The winners must claim his /her prize and provide their full name and a valid postal address for delivery of the prize within 30 days of Cineworld posting the notification. If the prize is not claimed and /or valid postal address not provided within that time, it will lapse and Cineworld reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld’s decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Prize
The prize is provided by. One (1) winner will receive 2 cinema comps. Please note that Cineworld gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality of the prize. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of Cineworld’s control, Cineworld reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

6. Promoter and Promoter’s Rights
The promoter of this competition is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, trading as Cineworld Cinemas (company number: 01915767, registered office: 7th Floor, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX). Cineworld Cinemas reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Cineworld Cinemas and not to Facebook and you release Facebook from any liability which may arise in connection with this competition.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Data Protection
All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas’s Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www. cineworld.com). Winners’ details will be passed to Cineworld Union square for the purposes of administering the competition only.
