... Our core business will continue to trade from New Jasmine House, East Tullos, where we produce our chocolates, host birthday parties, workshops and fulfill our online orders.
We will continue to host our tasting evenings throughout the city and at the Belmont Street Store.
All vouchers for afternoon teas, that are in date will continue to be accepted at Jo Jo’s Coffee Shop . Our lovely chocolates will still be available to purchase from Belmont Street. However, watch this space, as we intend to extend our current range with some specialised products and origin bars.

Went for an Afternoon Tea. Was fabulous. Shop was busy so there was a bit of a wait however we were notified that there would be a delay as soon as we arrived. Was given a complimentary drink while we waited. Excellent customer service. Afternoon tea was delicious. We were able to choose the fillings of our sandwiches, choose our flavours of scones the choices were plain, fruit, choc and marshmallow and carrot cake. There was delicious chocolates, mini tarts and brownies for afters. My daughter was surprised with her birthday plate too. Would 100% recommend. Cannot fault any aspect of the service provided from the minute I booked online, to changes to our requirements, email confirmations and reminder sent of booking, to quality of food and service of staff.

Went for afternoon tea for my birthday and it was lovely. The selection of sandwiches and cakes we're delicious. When the waitress found out it was my birthday they made me a lovely decorated plate with fruit and chocolates. It was a very nice touch. My only criticism was that the table was too small for 4 people.

We went for Saturday breakfast and I can heartily recommend the Bacon and Sausage bap. Lovely quality meat and a generously filled wholemeal bap. A bargain for the price. My daughter had pancakes with maple syrup and she was just as impressed. The staff were efficient and friendly and the coffee was good too!

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Cocoa Ooze at Tullos today. It was hands down the most stress-free and fun party that we have ever had for her.



The girls made a personalised chocolate bar, 2 chocolate lollies and a marshmallow creation. The staff were kind and attentive and kept the girls’ attention (no mean feat with 11 kids aged 4-6). The 2 hours flew by and there was coffee/tea and snacks available for the adults for a small donation.



We opted for the food package and there was plenty of food with vegetarians catered for.



I cannot recommend Cocoa Ooze highly enough, their chocolate is also fabulous!

We had our daughters 7th Chocolate Making Birthday party here recently and from start to finish the event was fantastic! 9 little girls all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and my daughter had a brilliant time. The girls made loads of yummy treats to to take away in party bags and they also had party food which was very tasty too. They all left feeling very full and happy. The area provided for parents to wait with tea/coffee and treats is a brilliant unexpected addition and for a small donation was well worth it. You made this particular birthday party extremely stress free! Thank you so much! Happy Mummy�

We had our daughters 6th birthday here today and it was just fabulous! It was totally stress free, we didn’t have to do much and it was just so much fun! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for kids parties (although the adult workshops look equally fun!). The two ladies who ran the party were attentive, great at instructing the kids and keeping their attention.



We had the food package and it was great, one less thing to think about for us. All the kids seemed to enjoy themselves which is the most important thing. There was tea and coffees available for the mums and Dads who decided to stay as well and watch for a small donation. It was well worth the money, dunno how we will top this next year!

Very much enjoyed the chocolate making workshop I attended recently. Really welcoming and so well organised. We made delicious truffles and chocolate bars, and of course we got to take them home, which was a big bonus!! Super few hours :)

Just home from a lovely afternoon here today staff were so attentive and the food was amazing! Would definitely arrange an event here again and also come back for a coffee and a carrot cake scone! Well done to every single staff member they should

Just had my daughters 7th birthday party there and all the kids had such a fab time! They loved making their chocolate and all their creations! Plenty of party food and they were all proud of what they made. Highly recommended!

Jamie and the gang did a great job. They came to The Carmelite for my henny. There were 19 of us and we had a blast. It was non stop laughing from start to finish. The chocolates we made were amazing. I would def recommend them to everyone. It was great fun �.

Jamie & Yvonne came to run a chocolate making workshop at our seminar involving delegates from Scotland, England, France, Spain & China. Everyone had great fun & it got VERY competitive. Lots of happy people with lots of chocolates to take home to their families. Highly recommended.

I was at Cocoa Ooze yesterday with some friends visiting Aberdeen as part of a charitable foundation trip from Kenya for the first time. They loved the experience - Jamie and his team couldn't have been more welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful! I can't cook for toffee but we managed to make some amazing truffles and chocolate bars - which we got to take home! Brilliant workshop! Thanks everyone!

I had lunch there today with my mum and we both loved it, even though the place was so busy, our baguettes were fresh and tasted amazing and our waitress was so kind and overall really welcoming. One of my absolute favourite lunch time stops in Aberdeen

Had our daughters birthday party here and it was brilliant. Sarah was so good with the girls and they made some lovely chocolate goodies. It was completely stress free and the children loved it.

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here and it was fab!!! Totally stress free, well organised and the kids ( and adults) loved it. It’s a lovely set up and even has a little refreshment area for waiting parents, all for a donation for charity. Thankyou for everything!

Fantastic visit today to celebrate my daughter's forthcoming 10th birthday. The chocolate party/workshop was ideally suited to this age range, lots to keep the kids occupied, tasty party food, plenty chocolate for the kids to take home and such helpful, friendly staff. Thanks Cocoa-ooze!!

Been to the Belmont shop over and over goodness I cant get over the Ceasar salad and the dressing that goes with it. its so so yummy and fresh. the chocolates and hot drinks are to die for. and to top it the customer service from the ladies area ace. thanks for a magic experience.

Attended a children's 5th birthday party and the children loved every minute! All of the children were focused and enjoying taking part in making their own chocolate bars and lollipops. The nice touches like their names written in their chocolate bars and the seating area for parents that included a fridge of cold drinks and coffees and teas, cakes etc were fantastic and unexpected. Would highly recommend Cocoa Ooze!

Absolutely amazing place. The afternoon tea was to die for and the staff could not of been nicer. The man asked if we were out for a special occassion and my daughter replied yes its my mums 50th birthday. What a lovely surprise when he arrived at our table with a beautiful hand made 50th chocolates with a wee candle.. please go everyone and try as you will not be disappointed.thanks Cocoa Ooze for a the 1st class service and amazing food x
