fantastic as usual always go to cosmos when am in aberdeen lovely helpful staff and great food

We often have lunch here and really enjoy it. The staff are polite and efficient, food is abundant, swiftly replaced and hot. There is an amazing array of dishes from various lands and puddings to delight all ages.

The food is always excellent. Great variety. The service is also good and the price is great value for families.

First time going yesterday and had great time food was fantastic and staff was brilliant could not fault it at all and everyone at our table said the same there was 12 of us! It's definitely worth the visit!!

Even though we went in 45mins before closing it was sill very good.Plenty to choose from.Great as usual👍

Booking table in advance worked perfectly ! Food fresh with a large selection of both hot and cold. Staff very attentive and polite. Overall experience was excellent for a very busy buffet restaurant. Good value for money. I will return next time I'm eating out.

A good choice of meals so something for everyone. We all left feeling very full and satisfied. I would recommend booking a table as we did otherwise there can be a very long wait.

The place was OK have been in the one in Edinburgh it's alot better than the one in Aberdeen. I felt there was not much as I've seen before, some food was hot other stuff was only luck warm. Was unable to get into other food as there was alot of people waiting. I really don't think I will ever be back

We booked ahead and attended on Easter Friday evening.

At the end, we were charged an additional cost for the privilege of Easter/ holiday time booking and no one mentioned that earlier.

The seating policy of 1 hour 45 minutes, I did feel under pressure to leave early or be sent out, as tables were being cleaned swiftly and more people being seated all around us. The food was alright though.

Quite a good choice but the food wasn’t that hot all the party felt the same about this also the fizzy drinks where not that fizzy it was ok at just short of £20 a head but I won’t be rushing back

We were in on Saturday Night. The food was great.. Only downfall was the staff require training in customer care and service. We were having our puddings when the waiter came over and threw our bill on the table and we were told that they needed the table. We spent £158 to this point !!! Another waiter came over and asked if we were paying our bill as they had customers waiting for our table!! My mother in law then told him they would get the table when we were finished and was then told we had 10 minutes left then we had to leave!! Unbelievable that they advertise unlimited food and soft drinks when in reality is only unlimited for as long as they think you should have the table !!

Half empty at 18.00 yet no tables for an hour and a half. why is it always like that when I’m going with just me and my son � haven’t been for ages cause heard so many bad reviews and I don’t think we will be back any time soon now.

3rd Time unlucky. First 2 times were at lunch time and wanted to see why this place got good reviews so tried an evening meal. Maybe the extra money made all the difference. Unfortunately not. It was the same bland heated up pre cooked food as before. Only difference was the tapenyaki. Even this was bland. If you enjoy the fill your face type of place regardless of taste then this is for you. I personally prefer something cooked on the premises and tasty. It is not a bagain basement eat all. Decent money for sub standard food does not do it for me.

Wow what a disappointment.....

Table of 7 to witch we all had to sit with our coats and hats on as it was freezing

Even the food was cold

And we weren't the only table to complain about this! When questioning the heating we were told that this was due to them just opening. This was an hour after opening! When we were leaving and paying the bill the we pointed out our concerns again and she asked if we wanted to speak to the manager which we said yes too. The manager refused to talk with us but told the waitress to give us one meal free.

Prices were also hiked up because it was festive period.

Safe to say we won't be back.
