From block work walls to fully painted surfaces. Over the past 30 years we must have seen and tried it all. Finding and using technical methods that have stood the test of time or having to deal with problems that work on paper but didn’t quite stand up to the day to day living of life.
Looking back we must have taken part in over 90% of all traditional built staircases in and around Aberdeen and the shire. we have hoped to have learned a few things from thermal breaks, And ...how to visualise and deal with problems before they arise. To the all important safe practices and methodology involved in these environments.
Here at Cruden bay Plastering ltd we have been and continue to be committed in the construction of areas old and new using our years of knowledge and understanding and of course experiences in the industry. continuing to help the Grampian area build a brighter future.

Design to stunning finished sky light, From the initial design brief to the finished article-
We at Cruden Bay plastering ltd worked closely with the architecture design team to obtain the finish required. In the case of the above project we had to incorporate fibrous as well as keeping minimum and maximum depth unison throughout this design using the sky light window as a focal point. Having not just the sun to contend with we had the added led li...ght to address.

With the existing ceiling being at the end of its life, We at Cruden Bay plastering ltd went about removing the area leaving the bulk of the cornice work in place. Reinstalled the ceiling to its indigenous state. Repaired the cornice that couldn’t be saved and finally matched the original ceiling rose.

This room being part of an 1800 residents had to be stripped due to asbestos being present. We at #Crudenbayplasteringltd was tasked with replacing it to its original appearance.

Metro tiles brick bonded in a new home

We've had several of our Artex ceilings skimmed and what an amazing result! Our painter also remarked on what an impeccable job had been done! Superb workmanship and very good at cleaning up afterwards!! Highly recommend!

We have had 3 plastering jobs done by Robert and all have been finished to a very high standard. Didn't rush the jobs and often worked over hours to get the job done the way he wanted. Would highly recommend!

Cruden bay plastering were polite, prompt and punctual. Tidy, clean workers who did an excellent job. We are delighted to have found them and would highly recommend there work and demeanour!

Recently had Rob round to plaster some walls and ceilings that I was getting re-decorated. All work was carried out to a very high standard, and left a fantastic finish for painting. Professional service and competitive pricing.

Had water damage to a ceiling, damaged section ripped out and replaced then skimmed. Faultless job, can't see any joins and first class service from a very professional outfit. Would always recommend and use again.

Great service, communication and professional in every area. Definitely will use for future projects.

Few weeks ago now we had a curve/ arch put in under our staircase and these guys did an amazing job! Eventually got round to painting it and I'm so pleased with it. Thanks again! Will be in touch soon regarding the cornices.
