Just a little reminder... Im going away 😃on 30th of August and coming back on 2nd of October, that means I wont be able to see you guys (and your hair) for the whole month of September😵. be sure to make an appointment before I go to avoid disappointment! First two weeks of October are fully booked as well, just to let you know 😉😘

Another thing... I have a favour to ask... if you make appointments with me please be sure it is a day when you are available...Ive been receiving a lot of messages with cancelations lately. it wouldn't be a problem if I wasnt busy, but because I am, I keep sending new customers away or squeezing people in before/after my opening hours,... just to sit and do nothing through the day when you cancel... its not fair toward other people... therefore people who cancel appointments have to pay booking fees for the next visits when they book in. booking fees are non refundable. on any circumstances. thanks for your cooperation😊 M xxx

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Si...nce the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. -"NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
