At a time when so many of us struggle with burn out, stress and anxiety, I coach and support people to reconnect with their natural sense of curiosity and joy. Coach and Holistic Counsellor. Meditations and Self-inquiry.

I am a professional /personal development coach, counsellor and group facilitator. I provide one-on-one sessions and run groups for adults and young people with a focus on dealing the big transitions in life. In particular I can help with building balance and resilience as well as connecting to what really matters to you and supporting you in finding your path.

I aim to create a space for people to explore whatever they are dealing with in life. People come to me who are dealing with the big issues, relationships, family disruption, ill health, feeling lost, often they need a sounding board, wise counsel, help with releasing what is holding them back from feeling happy and fulfilled.

My approach combines understandings of western humanistic psychology and middle eastern and eastern approaches. I guide and teach meditation and self inquiry.

As a coach and counsellor I support you to find your own answers. I listen, observe and reflect back, shining light on and releasing limiting patterns and beliefs, to help you find a sure and whole connection with yourself.

I work through a deep love of the truth and a curiosity about what that is for you.

And as the old adage goes… the truth with set you free.

I draw from many diverse experiences and backgrounds. Throughout my career I have been naturally drawn to roles that involve curiosity, creativity, mentoring and development of human potential. I am never happier than when there is also an element of the wild or a challenge and adventure. And there is also always an element of heart – I have to feel and to connect with people on an emotional level to feel fulfilled.
