One of the best local venues in town, great staff, decent drink selection. A little sticky and sweaty, but that's exactly what you want in a music venue!

Drank here for many years. Saw the place from the other side of the stage for the first time on Friday. So now I can say I've played live at Drummonds now to. �❤️

Best bar in the city so it is always welcomed by staff and customers never have an issue getting served and the variety of entertainment is great

Been coming here for years, It’s like our second home TBH, love this place so much and the bar staff, we always feel welcome and feel like family ^^ A few bar staff we love to bits are Brittney, Lydia and Jo, they are all so helpful and have great energy! We were told how Brittney is going to be leaving and starting a new chapter in her life, she will be very much missed by a lot of her customers.

Played a gig here with my band True Order really nice venue sound engineer was fantastic and and a really ly good crowd of people very friendly would highly recommend taking this place a visit one night and hopefully will be going back again soon

My favourite place in town not to big and a great atmosphere for gigs Bar staff are very quick and friendly to serve which is a bonus when there is a band on. Aye ok the bogs are bogging but hey ho no big deal part n parcel of the character of the place.

Place hasn't changed since last time i was in years ago! Drummonds just needs a bit of TLC.

Atmosphere, music and price was decent. Bouncers were rude at closing, which puts me off staying late.

Nice, polite bar staff, good choices of rums on offer. Shame about the door guy that forced religion upon me then not letting me in because of my view. He then didn't let me back in at 1.50 a couple of weeks ago on the Thursday, which concluded my bag being taken by someone. Thanks to the managing staff, that got slightly rectified, even though I showed him ID tonight and got in (21/12 @ 1.30am), his main reason to see my ID, as he knows I'm of age, was he wanted to see my name because "I am security" was the only reason he could give. He then decided to snatch my passport out of my hand because all he needed to see was my date of birth and not my name. Need to get rid of that guy and get a replacement from the company he's from.

Great music venue but has to be said the gents toilets are an absolute disgrace and the smell of piss is enough to make ye puke. Worst iv seen for a long time

As a music venue it's ok but, I've been in better places. Maybe they don't make the money to invest in it. The gents' toilet were disgusting though, and there's no excuse for that. Go there if there's a good band but, if you need the toilet, go out and find an ally. It'll smell better.

I don’t know what’s worse the attitude of the ‘assistant manager’ who’s language and demeanour left a lot to be desired (swearing at patrons won’t win you over) or the inexperienced door staff! I love this bar have been here many times over a lot of years but won’t be back
