I have been out of action in regards to social media for the last 6 months. I must admit I’ve just been so busy - not always with design, most definitely with teaching. But I have some time to post some bits and pieces and I hope to continue to do so in 2018.

I AM HORRIFIC ON SOCIAL MEDIA. The last couple months have been overwhelming; finding time to take a decent picture, and post it...along with working full time as a teacher, spending many evenings and weekends designing wedding stationary (am I absolutely bonkers?). I'm still very much creating, and even more so now it's SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! But as of Monday I am taking a two week break, to travel to Dubai, Bali and Singapore and I cannot wait to just...switch off.
When I return I aim to be a bit more active on Instagram, but until then I'll be out of service. I'll reply to emails politely, and I have a few people pencilled in to begin when I return. I also aim to email back/send away proofs/deliver stationary to those waiting over the next couple of days but I am definitely dialling down.

I created an invitation for a little girl who celebrated her birthday at Chuck E Cheese yesterday. Being from Scotland, I thought this was kind of a big deal as we have no such thing and only hear of Chuck E Cheese in films! 🦄🦄🦄🦄

The very patient Aimee and I have been working together to create a vibrant and eye catching invitation incorporating both elegant and Indian themes. I think we finally have a clear idea of which invitation Aimee and Jordan will be using but that's a secret for now! Until then, here is one of my favourites!
