Endurance Kickboxing Aberdeen

Right ladies... No more excuses. The first ladies only kickboxing fitness class of 2019 will be held on Saturday 5th Jan from 10.15am to 11am. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
I'm almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight and will keep working on my fitness at 7 weeks post baby because I am determined and don't give up. No stupid diets or weightloss fads... I genuinely eat what I want, when I want (usually chocolate during class!!!) With the right attitude and determination y...ou can get fitter and healthier in 2019.
The first class is free to try out and after that you can come along for £6 per class pay as you go or £20 per month!
Depending on popularity (and once my exams are finished) we may look at adding another class through the week. We also currently have circuits on a Monday at 8.15pm to 9pm (pricing slightly different).
