The ice cream is amazing and their is a huge choice of flavours well worth a visit and the staff are lovely and so friendly which is a big plus

Me and my sons loved our ice creams we thought they were great sizes and ice cream was the best we have vanilla and Scottish tablet

Lovely staff and amazing ice cream, always has coconut which is my fav with the Nutella sauce makes it like a bounty, oh and love the wafers that come with. I'm really a Baskin Robins fan but since this place opened I've been going, it's very near to my house and always get parked. 10/10 Equi's

Just had my first Equis experience. Was on it last night so the taste of your nectar cold ice cream on my tongue was like the first time I heard the Little Wing guitar intro by Jimi Hendrix. I am not ashamed to admit I cried.

I went into the shop yesterday and the shop was very nice and clean. The staff was very efficient and fast. The best bit was the ice cream. It's the best ice cream I have ever had and I will be going back again soon. I would recommend the malteasers one.

Fantastic choice of flavours and absolutely delicious. Great to see a proper ice cream parlour in Aberdeen at last. Puts Baskin Robins to shame. Best of luck guys, although I doubt you'll need it!

Been here twice now, the ice cream tastes amazing - doesn't taste artificial and sugary. Not overpriced and the portion sizes are good. Great selection of flavours and really friendly staff.

Wait was a little long (around 10 mins) with only one person serving but overall good customer service and good experience. Big variety of flavours and options.

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Ice cream double cream vanilla with white chocolate and dark chocolate casing. It was lovely but really really sweet. Also remember to take it out of the freezer a bit before serving or you won't be able to cut it haha

Loved the taste of the ice cream, but I must admit the size of the scoop was pretty small considering I paid £3.50 for three scoops. The scoop wasn't rolled well so therefore a big bubble of air in the middle. Meaning a hollow scoop. Hope it isn't the same the next time I return because the quality of the ice cream is lovely!

Shop was nice and tidy and there was a lot of choices available. Got 3 scoops which were dissapointing as they are pretty small. I choose 3 different flavours that I would normally get elsewhere and sadly they weren't as good. Will still go back to try again though as I can't stop regretting not getting the Nutella sauce :(

Just had a mint choc chip milkshake and I have to say I was pretty disappointed as there is no sign of any mint in this ice cream at all...shop was absolutely spotless and the staff were very welcoming x

I had 3 scoops-salted caramel, malteser and Rolo-tasted like cheap chocolate. Scoops are very small compared to other icecream shops. Would rather make the journey to Aunt Betty's in Stonehaven for bigger scoops at the same price. Don't think I'll be back, although staff were friendly.

Well we not be back. Queued out the door, fair enough for a new place. Staff weren't the quickest but we were happy to make allowances for a new, very busy place. Then 4 Asian girls came in, walked to the side of the counter and were served straight away, making everyone else wait longer. It's a slap in the face to all those wiring for half an hour to hand you their hard earned money. Back to baskins for us

Was looking forward to trying some ice cream, but, on arrival in the shop, there was no way of selecting a flavour, as the queue was out the door! There was three staff working, well, using the noisiest milkshake makers I've ever heard, and had their backs permanently to the customers, chatting between themselves! With six people in front of me in the queue and nobody taking orders or serving, sadly myself and three others in the queue left empty handed. Surely it would be better if someone served tubs and cones, whilst other staff used the shake makers from hell, so at the very least, someone might be served?

Really disappointed in the attitude of the member of staff who refused to serve my daughter and her friend today and claimed that they had been rude and abusive towards her! My daughter asked for a cone and wanted white chocolate sauce but was told that wasn't possible so confused my daughter then asked for the ice cream to be put in a tub, the staff member told the girls she'd have to charge them twice for packaging so confused my daughter then said she wasn't sure what she should do because she didn't think she had enough money, the staff member then told my daughter that 'if they didn't respect the rules then they should leave!! This is all after the girls stood outside and waited 15mins for the shop to open! Sounds like the staff member was having an off day!
