This 3 tier was delivered on Saturday evening to @thechesterhotel . It was a surprise wedding reception for the bride from her Hubby as they never had a chance to have one when they got married. How romantic is that!

I’m having a huge clear out and selling lots of cake equipment as I have many duplicates, some used & some new and still in packaging. Everything from non stick rolling pins, 100’s of cutters, lots of useful tools, icing moulds, turn tables, nozzles, stainless steel tables, window display decorations, wooden crates and lots...lots... lots more as I’m moving to my studio soon so do not require as ...much “cake stuff”
Prices starting as low as £1 pop along to see if there’s anything you fancy buying! I’d rather it went to a fellow cake enthusiast than in the bin 😊 everyone is welcome, fellow cake makers & home bakers too along with anyone interested in cakes and crafts

My bride and groom Mags & David just sent me some photos of their wedding cake from Saturday at Thainstone House. A huge congratulations to you both, such a lovely couple to work with!
The brief for this cake design was to have a Disney theme with a difference! Along with touches of royal blue and as much pretty sparkles as possible as the lovely Mags likes her bling ( a lady after my own heart 😉) I incorporated their Mickey and Minnie topper into the archway so it was something a bit different than the usual position on the top tier , the light up name topper was made by their family member, the stand was designed and made by the groom David.

Sorry folks for going radio silent this week... I’ve been a wee bit busy making this! It was an honour to be selected to make this special commission for the music hall opening today. Thank you to my wonderful hubby and my parents for helping me with this huge project and also to the 9 strong men who got the trusted job of carrying it for me... I couldn’t look most of the time 🙈

Customer Notice I have had to close the shop this week due to a large workload to complete. Unfortunately I won’t have any spare time for enquiries as I need all of my time to complete my orders and make them look fab! So it’s easier to close.
I’ll be in touch with customers to arrange collection times for their orders.

Emma is amazing at what she does and we couldnt of been happier with out wedding cake! She was so much help and made the most beautiful cake. It was a tricky decision picking from all of the flavours as they were all so good but it really was the most tasty cake we have ever had!!

Emma did our cake and backdrop for our wedding this summer and I cannot recommend her enough. The cake was exactly as I asked and tasted as delicious as it looked. It got so many compliments on the day. Will definitely be back for the next cake I need!
