This place has been wonderful to live in for the past semester. Having my own studio apartment was a great experience; they are really well-kept and nicely decorated (and more than worth my money). The staff were brilliant - and always willing to offer advice or support... particularly throughout exam season. I'll miss living here, particularly the atmosphere and community spirit.

Lovely studio flats. Building has very friendly helpful staff who will make sure any questions or problems are dealt with promptly. While the price may seem high, bills and a gym Membership are included.

I've been living here for nearly a year and it has been wonderful. The studios are great and well kept. I had the pleasure to work as a student warden and help other students like me in whatever they needed. Working with them and with the staff was brilliant and quite exciting, and I still had time to do my university work and enjoy the City. It is a very safe and peaceful place to live and study, and the other students always make it really fun.

I've been living here for almost a year. It is a great experience. The building is really clean and well-organised. It is about 15-minute-walk to the city center and UOA. The staff are really nice and friendly. Having a studio flat for myself is very convenient and also plenty of communal area for me and my friends for group meeting.
