Today was is my 70th birthday and our eldest son who is a rather fine cook wanted to cook an elaborate meal to celebrate. Spoil sport me who does not appreciate his highly-spiced food said I’d rather have something simpler, like fish and chips. Monday is not a good day to buy fish, but he visited your place and told the gentleman who served him what it was for…. SUPERB haddock Thank you! with chunky chips& French beans with chopped black olive and garlic.

Real tasty smoked haddock and lemon sole today, good to see Nathan back .now just have to work out how to get that cods roe mmm

Picked up a whole seabass yesterday. Clear from the condition of the fish that it was extremely fresh.delicious & great value. Thank you!

Lovely live crabs reserved for pick up at Huntly Farmers Market. Friendly, helpful staff. What's not to love?

Just had giant tiger prawns and mussels for dinner... Mmm Mmm.

Bought them yesterday from Granite City Fish. Shelled the prawns, and cooked in oil, sliced garlic and chilli. Mussels cooked in garlic, wine and a touch of cream just before serving. What a feast! Fresh and tastie. A must for a Saturday night special x

If you like fish you'll love Granite City Fish. Great selection and good value. Live crabs are superb. Excellent customer service and staff always able to give advice and information about the products. The only thing I don't like is the flappy plastic covering the entrance - luckily flies don't like it either.

Have brought decent fresh lobster and crab from this shop. Very impressive. Extremely decent price and service. High quality seafood
