Handmade Burger Co, Union Square Aberdeen

Went yesterday evening after seeing ‘2 burgers for £10’ on itison, didn’t think we’d get much choice for that price but it was everything on the menu except about 3 burgers! Meal was lovely and my daughter who is vegetarian but trying vegan was very impressed! Our server Holly was lovely and went over and above her role, even made my daughter a vegan puffing that wasn’t on the menu ... will deffo be back xx

Lovely place to stop for a lunch break. Several vegan choices and also homemade Scottish beef burgers for my husband. Service was friendly and efficient. Will return when next in the area.

I tried the vegan Thai burger last night with vegan cheese and it was delicious! I had one of your vegan burgers about a year ago and at the time was disappointed and gave you feedback. You listened, replied and have made numerous changes and your choice of vegan burgers is great! Thank you �

I got a takeaway this evening, it was pretty tasty!!



The servers were all so helpful and friendly.



I came in with a voucher I had received due to a very bad meal in the past and took full advantage of the offer.



The burger was massive and I had to cut it into thin slices to eat it, it went well with my loaded chips.... feast!!! I also had a milk shake which was one of the nicest shakes I’ve had in a while.

You’ve changed my opinion of this place guys, well done - I may be back again soon �

Always love a handmade burger, think our server was callum or Conor? Today. shout out to him and the team the place got busy pretty quickly, everyone seems to turn up at the same time and wants served now. Taking away from customers ordering at the bar definetely adds a lot more work and pressure however these guys were none stop and doing a great job . Good to see people still showing great customer service and a smile when the town is pandemonium.

The food took a while to come, and it wasn’t too busy. However, on that occasion it didn’t matter, but normally it would be annoying.

Our waitress was very helpful, and explained the menu to us as it was our first visit.

Most likely be making a return visit. �

Normally 5 stars � as love the food , but with a 40 minute wait last night and it not being very busy was a bit too long

When we arrived, it took a while for someone to come over to take us to our seats. It took ages for someone to come and ask us about drinks never mind food, I asked for a Diet Coke as I am type one diabetic & she comes over with a full sugar one so I asked again for a Diet on and when she returned she didn’t even say sorry. The place was dead, 4 waiting staff on and it was just shocking

Like to go there but today left me rather disappointed Burger was burned and tasted like charcoal :-(

I was really disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant yesterday. It was 'fairly' busy however, we waited an hour for two burgers and some fries. When they arrived, one of the orders was wrong (it had bbq sauce on it). The waiter returned the burger to the kitchen and came back 5 mins later with what appeared to be the same one, but with the sauce 'washed' off. Both burgers were also overdone and the fries were soggy.



The staff were very nice and apologetic however they clearly had some issues in the kitchen. I wont be visiting again.

Burgers were great, chips a bit on the brown side, the service was appalling and it was not busy visited on Frifday 29th. May not be back.

Went today with my husband and daughter and won't be back. The handcut chips and onion rings were over cooked or fryer oil needed changed... anyway said to the waitress who arranged 'fresh' but these were the same state as other ones. The burgers were also dry, not the standard of food I would expect or what is advertised. Despite complaining and leaving large amounts of food no apology or money off our bill. Don't waste your money.

Should be zero star rating. Ordered & waited 45 minutes... still no sign of our order. Complained & went home. Total waste of an evening. �

Ordered a Classic burger with cheese on inspiration the bun was of average size but dwarfed the tiny bits of burger which looked more like 2 meatball flattened.

£8.95 just for this pitiful burger was joke.

I was with my friend there and 4 kids together. All the burgers were cold and dried, avocado in my one wasn’t fresh for sure, the meat was chewy. We all left our food and went next door. Also more than half empty restaurant, still took good 45 minutes to prep food which was pretty bad. In my name I’m sure that was my last visit there.

Had the brie stuffed burger today and it was awful. The beef was sloppy and undercooked. Not to mention the fact I never found a single bit of brie in the burger! Came here years ago and had a bad meal. Thought I’d give it a second chance but definitely won’t be back! Waitress service was rubbish. Waited ages to be served in the first place and she didn’t bother to come back and check how the meal was. When I complained she never even bothered to ask what was wrong with the burger. So if you’re thinking of coming here, don’t bother!!
