It was all hands on deck at our St Machar Drive foodbank last Friday!! A massive thank you goes out to May and Janice from Repsol Sinopec Aberdeen for organising a foodbank drive at work resulting in a staggering 1580kg of food items for us 😮. Grateful thanks go to Tesco Danestone also for their additional contribution on the day -all expertly delivered to us by Olga & David and expertly unpacked by May & Janice. THANK YOU !!

What an amazing service! I have just furnished a flat from your Instant Neighbour shop. Your staff were so helpful and fun! The delivery team arrived really promptly and did a great job. I will be shopping here again.

We used Instant Neighbour's Removal Inc. service to move house across town recently. I would 100% recommend the service - it was reliable, professional,well priced, plus helping a worthwhile cause too. The team were really great to deal with, they were efficient and took great care of all our valuables. If you are planning a move - give them a shout!

This is the 3rd time I have used Instant Neighbour joinery services for doing shop fittings in my shop. Absolutely delighted with costs and work done. Sergey is a very good joiner and produces a tidy job. Cleans up before he leaves. Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend their services. Instant nabour has been good 2 me and helped me out big time and im glad 2 volunteer my time 2 help out the charity and the people who works 4 them who's helped me out 1 good term deserves another

I would highly recommend Instant neighbours / Removals Inc for their Fabulous service !! They are very Reliable and Friendly, they made sure our items were taken good care off and it's such a good cause !!

I love instant neighbour � and always go to the the one in sandilands (woodside) as they have the greatest selection and i always pick up a bargain. Love that they are open on a saturday too, 9 till 1pm.

The staff are great help too and lovely to talk to susan ,julie , jim, ally and kev and drew.��

Got 2 sofas from new shop in Culter, lady in shop was very helpful. The 2 lads who delivered the sofas yesterday were polite and professional even though 1 was VERY heavy. It was the young lad's 1st day and I hope he gets a chance to continue to work with you, he seemed to be enjoying the work.

Waited in all morning for my sons wardrobe to be collected which was in perfect condition apart from the bottom drawer being missing and could of easily been given to another little boy, which they were told about for the guys to turn up and say they cant take it �

They said they would come and pick up sofa and chairs (expensive) that wouldn't fit in my new cottage, they never arrived. Had to pay council to take it away. Such a waste, and never apologised for not showing up, even after I phoned to ask where they were. Useless!!

No response to queries and hiding bad reviews.

Having been a supporter of Instant Neighbour for some time, it was recently brought to my attention that they utilise forced labour through the workfare programme. They claim that they don't, but they contract this through Aberdeen Foyer allowing a convenient smoke screen. They offer no training, no prospect of employment and essentially exploit those that they claim to help. I have written to to them explaining why I have withdrawn my support and they were incredibly ungracious in their response. Shame on you Instant Neighbour!

Gobsmacked offered a 4yo harveys corner suite. Probably worth to you 300 to 400 pounds and you turned it down,why because it has a very small mark on it not even visable to the eye.

Now it's 4 years old but it is in vgc and well looked after but going by your standards you only want brand new how selfish.

The money you could sell this for could buy a lot of food for several families for 6-8 weeks,i will not be donating any money or goods to yourselves again,i will find a more deserving charity.
