Went to there shop to let them see the item to be embroidered, they said it could be done. Left the item with them four weeks before xmas. told them it had to be done for xmas they said no problem, Went back to shop two weeks later item still not done, Again they said item will be done before xmas Returned to shop again on Friday the 22/12/2017 to find item still not done, They said they could do item after the new year. I said no thanks asked for item back. Will not go back P Gatt
