I've been coming here the past couple of years to have my eyebrows threaded and get shellac on my nails. I have always been impressed with the service I receive. Today I got my eyebrows tinted from Namuna and have had compliments all day! Would definately recommend as prices are also very reasonable. X

I often pop in to get my browser done when I'm in town & all the girls are great, never have to wait. Got mine done on Monday by mimi & she tidied my brows up perfectly. Great job very pleased

I have been to have Shellac Nails done quite a few times now at Kaaya's. The last three times it has been Gosha(sp ? ) who has done my nails. She is most professional and does a very good job. My friends have admired my nails and I have been more than pleased to recommend the service. I am looking forward to my next visit.

All the ladies are fantastic, especially Namuna she's is so helpful and professional always does an amazing job ! love the stamp cards ( if you go 5 times you get the 6th free) wouldn't hesitate about recommending to friends and family :)

I have been going to Kaaya lash and brown for about a year now and always go to Namuna, she is excellent and always knows just what I want, I never have to ask her to change anything as she always gets it right!!

I get my Shellac nails done regularly by Agnes. I like to ensure I book ahead to secure her services. My nails always last a full 2 weeks and on occasion even 3. Agnes is very gentle which i like, some nail technicians can be too rough and I’ve found it painful to have my cuticles pushed back. She’s very pleasant and chatty and an excellent technician, my nails are always perfect. Very happy to recommend her services �� ��

Word of mouth is a must nowadays as there is so much nail places out there. You can book online or walk in. I suggest booking as they are so busy you may be disappointed they can't fit you in (but they try)

Today I had Eliana do my nails and she is a master. Absolutely delighted with the change of shape and the time she took with me. She chatted throughout making my experience once again wonderful and relaxing. Asked me throughout the appointment how I felt with how they looked.

First time getting my eyebrows threaded. Dropped in on off chance and only a 5 min wait. Mimi was very friendly and professional, only took a few minutes and was quick and easy, highly recommend!!

I always get my eyebrows threaded and one is usually different to the other on account of me having a scar over one of them and people usually comment on the fact I have a scar there........BUT NOT THIS TIME !!! They are perfect !!! You cannot even notice the scar there and my eyebrows are identical....they've never been identical haha

Edit- the girls got back to me, made a suitable time for me to come and have repaired my nails! They were very friendly and suggested not to use that colour again as it might not work well for shellac.... lucky I have so many to choose from �



Got my nails done with shellac. They chipped the next day. Happily got a repair done, but then they chipped again. Tried to contact them about getting another repair done, got offered the following day. Unfortunately I was working then so wouldn't be able to make it. I let them know about this and ask if there is any other time I could come, got no response.

Best Eye Brow threading in Aberdeen! I have always liked it and been satisfied with services especially by Raisha. She is my favourite staff for the past 4 years, very talented & professional. She always does a great job. The final results are outstanding!!!!I Would not be hesitant at all to refer all my friends to her to try threading as an excellent service is assured...

Had my nails done most recently by Eliana who was very fast but very thorough. Had this shellac on for a week already and it looks as though it was done yesterday still. Would recommend to anyone.

Daranee did my nails last week. Brilliant job and had a lovely, fun chat with her. I have been using Kaaya for the past year and cant recommend them highly enough. Have used them for Shellac (with removal) on both fingers and toes, and also eyebrow waxing. Good prices, and choice of two Aberdeen locations means I can always get a timeslot to suit my needs.

Terrible customer service in Trinity centre store, the staff was misbehaved and rude. Will not go there again

Had a walk in appointment at the salon in trinity centre. The beautician did not communicate with me at all, did not clean/prep my skin before applying the wax and held my eyelid shut during the procedure. Also got wax in my hair and made a poor attempt to remove it. Only when I got home have I seen that the skin under my brow is burned! Avoid

Got my nails done on Sunday by Tuesday the colour on tips are starting to lift worse ever especially so close to Christmas at bonoccord centre Katy 2 is Brill unfortunately she wasn't on Sunday poor quality from other staff def will never get nails done by anyone other than Katy 2 now!!
