☀️Pre-Tan: 1. Exfoliate 24 hours before your session to remove dead skin cells or your previous tan that may be wearing off. For Several days prior to your session we highly suggest moisturizing with pure organic coconut oil. This will ensure hydrated skin which is key to a perfect long lasting tan. 2. Do not wear any lotions, deodorants, perfumes, or makeup for your session. This will prevent any barriers on the skin which can interfere with the solution. 3. If you are gett...ing a tan at night prior to bed, it is best to brush your teeth prior to your session since you won’t be able to brush (due to water on your face) until after your first shower (4-8 hours depending on solution level). 4. Schedule any other beauty treatments such as waxing, facials, mani/pedi, etc. in advance of your tanning session. 5. Recommended to wear flip flops immediately following your session. Socks or tight shoes are not suggested until after your first shower.
☀️Post Tan: 1. Do not shower until the recommended time. When you do shower the first time, it is best to just rinse with warm water. After the first day you can use a moisturizing body wash. Bar soap tends to be too drying. Always use alcohol free, oil free moisturizer to extend the life of your tan. Any oil other than pure coconut oil will have an adverse effect on your tan. 2. While most solutions out there are organic and made from sugar beets, they can feel very sticky. Good news! Our solution does not feel sticky. We do however suggest you use a translucent powder to your skin to skin areas to help avoid sweating, Avoid skin to skin contact as this can cause uneven/dark areas in your tan. 3. Do not sweat, or wear tight fitting clothing until after your first shower. It is best to wear loose dark clothing right after your session and avoid wearing a bra if possible. 4. The more your shower and or swim, the faster your tan will fade. The more you moisturize the longer it will last. 5. If you plan on sleeping in your tan before your first shower (4-8 hours depending on the solution) it is best to cover your sheets with a dark blanket or use older sheets. The solution does wash out but it is better to be safe. 6. Spray tan solutions DO NOT contain SPF. Please always use SPF.
