Visited for the first time today. Food and service absolutely amazing. Will be back :)
Very quick service. My favourite Garden centre.
Our first ever visit.Lovely welcome lovely service lovely food. Will be back.
Lush food and lovely gifts in the shop. Itās a lovely place to go with family and friends for a catch up
Lovely shop, great products, tasty food and cakes in the restaurant and the staff are super friendly and helpful. X
Lovely place - food was delicious and the shop had a lot of unusual gifts. Will definitely revisit when I'm back in Scotland
Love this place! Food always good especially the scones!
Staff always pleasant and helpful.
Nice selection of products from local places/artists.
Highly recommended a visit.
I visited today with my mother and two young children for lunch and couldnāt have been more pleased with our visit.
The service in the restaurant was great, great selection with plenty of choice! I can personally recommend the chocolate cake!
After lunch we had a look round the shop and upon paying my mother felt unwell, the very nice ladies in the shop offered her a seat and unfortunately my mum proceeded to become quite unwell however they couldnāt have been more helpful and one of the ladies even took my children to look at the toys whilst another sat with us until she felt better, We canāt thank them enough ( I think it was Susan & Sarah ) for all their help today, and we will definitely be returning to enjoy some shopping, meals and the great customer service!
Had a great cuppie and piece there was so much choice of gluten free well impressive ļæ½
Great place to shop for gifts and for things for the garden and to have a coffee and a cake, while youāre there.
Fab breakfast yesterday and nice that they gave me extra bacon as wasn't wanting black pudding xx
Excellent place to visit and eat this was my 1st visit but won't be my last also bought 2 lovely lilac trees
Amazing lunches and cakes. The best chips ever. Worth a visit ļæ½
Was here today lovely food and plenty of it.
One star off a girl taking our order was so snooty
she was so sharp she near cut her own throat.
Lovely food and service we did however find it a little expensive tho.
I love this place but something drastic needs done about the tea and coffee. Changed to "Drury" - no taste and no strength. I always hear complaints and the till and customers are offered an extra shot but if the coffee was decent in the first place there would be customer satisfaction without the expense if an extra shotļæ½
Had the most amazing fish cake today but unfortunately my 4 year oldās macaroni off the kids menu had far too much mustard powder in it ļæ½ will definitely be back tho x
I was here today with my parents for lunch and a look around.
This review is 2 stars and not 1 as there is a lot of choice and the array of drinks is vast.
I ordered a baked potato with cheese and onion. Mum ordered quiche and dad ordered slow cooked brisket.
It's self service which is expected in garden centre try places. But it also means nobody asks you if your food is ok. It wasn't.
My baked potato was very dry and crumbled when attempting to eat. The cheese was not melted so it was like eating crumbs of potato with grated cheese on it.
The menu stated there was coleslaw with the salad but it was like 1 teaspoon so to be honest I probably wouldn't bother mentioning it on the menu.
As nobody came to ask if my meal was OK, I informed the 16 year old girl clearing tables that I wasn't happy with my meal but left it at that. She looked surprised that someone was talking to her so I thought I'd just leave.
I believe the potato was either overcooked or the wrong type of potato was used. When I bake a potato and I cut it I am able to use a fork when eating. Ideally this potato would be eaten with a spoon as it was so dry.
Literally the worst potato.
Manager is extremely rude! Dont dare complain about anything as she will just argue with you.
