had to mention, loud noise was coming from the wheels of my subaru (really loud scaring cyclists) as luck would have it the noise vanished as i made it hot foot to the garage ,young girl was most helpful to get my car booked in as soon as poss . service manager phoned to say they could find nothing and mechanic had taken it for a test drive and all was well it could have been a stone or something stuck in the disc .cost for all the help zilch , nothing , zero , come on when was the last time a garage did anything for nothing , lol happy camper david stott

After having to get emergency surgery on the day I was meant to collect the new car, Lawrences were fantastic and held the car until I was able to drive it out the showroom, Stephen was genuinely concerned about my welfare and was wonderful to deal with through such a horrible time. I'm on the mend now and loving my new toy! Thanks again guys x

I went in today on the off chance of booking my car in for a simple number plates change. Personal plates and I didn't want to goof up the job. The kind young gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. Right away he came outside and started to remove my old plates. He took the time to drill holes in the rear plate and screwed them on for extra security. Then when I was about to go inside and pay for his time, he told me, 'no charge'. Certainly know where I'll be buying my next car. ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

I recently chose Lawrence of Kemnay to rectify my car after it being "repaired" by an appalling garage. I was delighted with the work carried out on my Fiesta to get it back to how it was prior to my accident. Having dealt with both Sean and Andy they were efficient, friendly and kept me up to speed with how things were going. Can't fault them on their service!! Wish I had gone to them in the first place and I certainly wouldn't hesitate in using them again should I need to. Thank you!

Bought a new Fiesta for my wife recently from the guys and girls , top notch service by all that helped ,Absolutely no pressure to buy couldn't have helped enough . Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a new motor . I know where I will be going when I need a change .. Thanks also Sean for the recommendation .

Booked my son's 1.0s in for timing check and set

On arrival today for tomorrow's work I asked service reception to talk to the workshop foreman regarding work to be carried out

After waiting around 20 minutes for someone to come , I said I was running short of time and if workshop could call me in the morning instead

Then to be told lak could possibly not carry out said work because the car had been seriosly modified including engine re map

I explained yes car is lowered and has few coloured pipes under the hood but is totally standard re tuning etc

But no sensible response from lak service



We have now sourced a garage that doesn't care if the new driver who cares so much about his pride and joy that he has "pimped" it a little to make it unique to him

I'll be in touch soon as work done.

Many thanks for wasting my and my sons time today

Then to be told lak could possibly not carry out said work because the car had been seriosly modified including engine re map

I explained yes car is lowered and has few coloured pipes under the hood but is totally standard re tuning etc

But no sensible response from lak service



We have now sourced a garage that doesn't care if the new driver who cares so much about his pride and joy that he has "pimped" it a little to make it unique to him
