Tonight’s supper Lamb Bhuna served with rice and homemade nann bread.
I’ve only recently started making the nann bread and it is delicious kids joined in and made their own ones too tonight which was great fun.
Curry was also a big hit - youngest critic was shouting “best supper ever” several times so it must have been good!

Unfortunately no fresh produce today due to the fire at Wark Farm this week.
However if your interested in sourcing outdoor reared free range rare breed pork please go and speak to them today and we can arrange a delivery next week.

We have a few other inputs at the pop up shop this weekend.
For anyone after some juicy plums - you will find them at LFK
Also our neighbours have been busy in their garden and have some fresh French and dwarf beans available.

Very sad to hear about this last night.
We work closely with Wark Farm as they do all our butchery work and sadly we have lost some stock in the blaze too.
Will be helping Laurel and her team anyway I can so we can both continue trading during this difficult time.

Yesterday we enjoyed hog roast rolls at Gordon Castle Highland Games and we also purchased some yummy pork and cranberry sausages which we had for dinner last night. I was really impressed with the quality and flavour in both the hog roast and the sausages.

Very tasty pork. Had some on the bbq and they all went first!

The pork is very tasty, we had one of Louise's finest for a hog roast recently, cooked all day and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! Thanks again.

The pork is amazing! It makes such a difference it being free range and so local. Would recommend it to everyone.

The monthly meat packs are a great idea, and the pork is just amazing (sausages to die for....) Good to know exactly where the meat comes from and the helpful, friendly service is the icing on the cake.

The best sausages we have ever tasted!!! Bought and went straight home to sort brunch ���

So far I have bought sausages and a pork roast from Louise. Both were amazingly delicious and the crackling on the roast was the best I've had. Highly recommended.

Just received a box of various cut from louise, and being the meat lover that I am, I cannot recommend this enough. The sausages blow all supermarket sausages out of the water, and the burgers are probably the best burgers I've had for a very long time.
