Hello everyone,
As I am sure you are all aware through various emails and Facebook posts, the Data Protection Act for companies in the EU have been updated as of 25th May 2018. As a result of the changes, I have a responsibility to notify all of my clients of the following: -
1. Mademoiselle stores client consultation forms that consist of the clients address, contact details and any known allergies.... 2. The reason for keeping these records is to allow Mademoiselle to contact clients regarding appointments, cancellations and to establish whether there are any allergies or contraindications which may prevent me from carrying out any treatment. 3. All information is securely stored in paper format, nothing is stored online and there are no plans to do so in the foreseeable future. 4. Personal information is never shared with third parties. 5. All records are kept for up to 8 years. 6. Personal data can be accessed on request. You also have the right to request the information is deleted from our records.
I will be creating a form that confirms you are happy for Mademoiselle to keep your personal information on file. This form will require a date and signature and will be stored along with the corresponding consultation form. If there is anyone who wishes for their data to be deleted, please inform me as soon as possible.
