Morris'S Hotel Description
Morris's Hotel originally opened as monastery in 1673, making it the oldest inhabited building in Oldmeldrum. The birth place of Sir Thomas Mitchell, a former Lord Provost of Aberdeen, the building went on to home such greats as Willie Kemp and the 'King of the Bothy Ballads' who named the hotel after himself!
