We specialise in empowering YOU towards YOUR authentic Freedom and Mastery. Releasing you from limiting beliefs, outmoded negative patterns, conditioning (from environment, family line, education etc) and anything else that may be holding you back from your full potential.
Founder and director Nitya is an Energy Healer, Crystal Healer, Lemurian Elder, Trovak (TM) Facilitator, has been meditating since 1986, a Yoga Teacher, Complementary Therapist and mum. Her studies are ongoing both professionally and on a daily personal basis.
She says ‘wellbeing is an ongoing journey taking you deeper, higher and wider into more aspects of yourself and the world in which you live and participate in. At times it’s tough yet also hugely rewarding to unearth how much potential you have within you. Every day is an adventure. ’
We are dedicated to Wellbeing using non-invasive techniques to raise your consciousness, vibration and awareness, to a clearer connection to who you truly are, and to life.
Kinross based, formerly ‘Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre Ltd’. Founded as Aberdeen’s first holistic centre (‘Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre’) - a unique one-stop-shop of therapies, exercise studio and gift shop - for all things to aide and support mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, it’s now grown and branched out throughout Scotland including Energy Healings, Events, Workshops and 1-1 sessions and online gift shop.

Lynda kindly agreed to perform a distant healing treatment for me after I requested it. She was most professional in her approach messaging me and arranging a phone call prior to her commencing the healing process. At the agreed time I prepared myself and lay upon my bed with the light dimmed. It was a most peaceful experience although I was aware of pains around my heart (I had specifically asked for healing of a broken heart). I managed to drift off into a peaceful sleep that night. Lynda had messaged me back to go over my treatment straight after she had completed it but I was already sleeping! I have continued to feel the benefit of her treatment and the pain has certainly diminished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lynda for distant healing.
I went to see Lynda last week, very last minute, as I had felt I needed a safe space to work through some uncertain energies I was feeling around me and it could not have been a better decision. I had a very specific thing I wanted to look at and was apprehensive to explain it to someone I hadn't yet before but very quickly it became apparent that Lynda was knowledgable in the areas I was looking for, energy channelling, balancing and removal of negative energies.
I have worked with people in this area before always a little unaware of the techniques and details needed to further my development and Lynda gave me many new insights and methods for grounding and working closely with the powerful forces within. I got what I was hoping from the session but also an awful lot more and I'm already looking forward to returning and continuing my journey. Could not recommend more!
I love this shop so much i purchased some tarot card necklace and chakra pendant its really made a diffrence with meditating i met the owner of the shop she was very helpful had a lovely chat i felt so welcome i will definantly be telling my friends and family to check it out ��
I have attended the Introductions to Crystals course and the Chakra course - both were amazing! Highly recommend to any and every one. Everyone at the centre is so friendly. I also had an energy healing appointment with Nitya and felt like a new woman! Looking forward to what other courses the centre is going to hold ���
Had a session with Wendy today and it was amazing. Came out feeling refreshed and much more positive. Lynda is lovely and always welcoming. A much needed addition to Aberdeen and I will be back for more :) thank you xxx
Had a lovely afternoon on sunday at lava jewellery and aromatherapy workshop. Great centre and very welcoming and helpful hosts. Met a smashing bunch of ladies too. Would totally recommend to anyone we made some fab pieces of jewellery �

As soon as you walk in to AWC, there is a calmness and tranquility in the air,a haven in a bustling part of the city centre. A business devoted to wellbeing, everything we do,work,play, is all at heart an attempt at greater wellbeing,for yourself or others, Lynda has created a focused attempt to open people up to this truth and has created an environment and tools where people can find wellbeing within,not from some external force, but from varying practices which loveingly make you look inward. Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre has the most amazing relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Lynda has helped me so much on my life journey. From receiving my first energy healing to participating on the New Paradigm Multi dimensional transformation course her positive support and love has helped change my life. There is always a brilliant choice of therapies and inspiring courses available and Lynda is on hand to support you to find the right one for you. I thoroughly recommend that you take yourself in to book a treatment. x
Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre has grown from a beautiful dream through Lynda's faith, commitment and hard work and is becoming a place where incredible change and healing is happening and multiplying. I love teaching here and being involved is inspiring and challenging me to grow.
I've had some really powerful sessions with Lynda McIntosh Ann Miller and Jill Webster. Lynda has helped me open my heart; Ann helped me remove a layer of fear and Jill helped me release some of the negative feelings that were keeping me stuck. I've also met some other really inspiring people here - either working, volunteering or visting. It's worth a visit even if you're not sure what you're going for and at Tea Lane on Saturday afternoons you'll get a great cuppa and vegan/diet tolerant fine piece!
A spiritual and beautifilly charged with positive energy shop where a wide range of treatments are offered, events and workshops to run as upcoming as well, and of course and a great variation of products, such as crystals, incense sticks, candles, organic products and much more, for sale in the shop!
