My girlfriend has just bought a second hand car from Peter Vardy and I am completely satisfied with the service and communication from the team especially Eifion. This is not a normal thing for me to put because I am extremely picky and detailed and normally can find a flaw but with them I cant. I cant recommend this garage enough after the change out of key members. Also a big thank you to Lorraine Maxwell for sorting the stuff out for my car and Mel whose customer service skills are fantastic!!! Well done you guys!!! Peter Vardy take note!!!

I can not praise the staff at Peter Vardy Jaguar enough. I can honestly say, having purchased a few executive type cars now, nothing has come close to the service provided by these guys. I have just purchased a new XE from Richard Booth, who along with the team have ensured all my needs have been met. They go the extra mile and I highly recommend them to anyone for both business and personal purchase of a new or used Jaguar. The car it's self needs no praise, every Jag I have driven has be delightful in it's own way.

Had a few issues with this dealership in the past but I have to say my recent experience was fantastic. I had a problem with my car over the weekend, within 24hrs my car was collected from my place of work , a loan car made available to me. Communication was excellent with a number of messages informing me of the progress made. A complete u turn from my past experience.

Wondering when we will receive the voucher for stay at Trump as promised when new XF purchased last Year when you first opened your new premises. Have queried this so many times by telephone and in person with manager and feel we have been fobbed off. Had planned to use this during December but nothing has arrived. Don't offer incentives if you can't deliver!

Don't know where to start had few problems with my Jaguar so phoned up on Monday girl advised me to bring car in on Thursday said any time. Arrive this morning at half past 10 to be told it is a sit and wait !!! I wasn't informed of this and have my 2 year old with me and she couldn't advise when it would be seen . Said I would go a walk for a hour she said she will call me to let me know how long it will take . I went away from 2 hour with no phone call came back to be told it's fixed but there is some recall problems asked.if I wanted them fix it would take hour and half most this was at half 12 by half 1 was advised car just being washed by 3pm it was the computer that wasn't working that updates my car ermmm that's what was being fixed originally and was fixed at half past 12 it was mentioned to be my car getting washed . 4 o'clock I got my car with 5 hours waiting with my 2 year old is ridiculous oh will mention was advised a manager was coming to see me when I complained at 3 and guess what he didn't arrive. Really unhappy with that part of service. The girls at reception couldn't of been nicer so 5* to them . Was offered a hoover and a wash of my car at beginning . My car wasn't hoovered at all

Was prepared to spend my money on a new car here about a month ago and asked for trade in price for my car (Audi q7) we buy any car valued it at £13500 and I thought well I’m bound to get at least that surely as I’m buying a car from you too, after a looooong time sat waiting for figures the advisor came back and said £11k!! I laughed and promptly said no chance. He said quite rudely “well what did you expect, your not going to get retail value” I told him I know that but I expected around what I was offered from we buy any car as they offer rock bottom prices! There was not even the slightest attempt to win my custom I was just left to get up and walk out. Is that how you win customers?? Terrible customer service. Oh and I just sold the car for £15500 but won’t be in past your dealership I will stick to Audi or BMW. I have never been to a dealership with such a lack of customer skills it just beggars belief

If I had the option of leaving no star rating I would. I would like to share and express my extreme disappointment and disgust at the service, or lack of, that I received from Peter Vardy Jaguar, Aberdeen.

After enquiring about a vehicle and requesting a test drive and appointment with one person, I was then hassled for the following days via email and phone calls from 2 other people, which was confusing and annoying. Myself and my partner turned up ten minutes before the appointment and went to look for the car which was nowhere to be seen. We then proceeded into the showroom and had to wait 5 minutes before someone even greeted us. We then waited a further 10 minutes to then be told that there was only one service advisor available and would be with us shortly. We were then taken to a desk and had to give full details (make, model, colour and reg) of the car as they did not know any information or where the car was. The gentleman then proceeded to say he would need to go and investigate what was going on. We were then left for a further 30 minutes by which point we had to leave as we had no more time to waste. I cannot believe that we were treated this way when we were potentially away to spend over £28k. Customer service at its worst. I will not be recommending this garage to anyone.

I highly would recommend staying away from Peter Vardy. They thought it was expectable for my new car to be on its 3rd brake servo with less than 14k miles on the clock. They said the car was safe but would not give me this in writing!

Disgusted by this company initially got through to Barry Selvey in the service team and told him about my cars issue and he said to me send me a video which I did and got a reply back saying "need to take it to BMW" which I already knew the reason I contacted them was because I wanted to know the procedure as I have the 1 year warranty with them and its only been a few months. I have since been trying to get hold of him but apparently his disappeared or his always in a meeting and will call me back it's been 4 weeks and still no resolution and cant get through to anyone else.

Attempted to see an Audi R8 Spyder they advertised on Autotrader - round trip of over 100 miles!! After waiting ages I was told they couldn’t find the car!! Then told I couldn’t see it because it was in the workshop on a ramp. Left details and was promised a video and details would be emailed to me - nothing!! Sent an email asking loads of queries and asking for information - nothing!! Today I got an email telling me someone had bought the car subject to finance being confirmed - but if it falls through they would let me know!! Couldn’t make this up!! Shambles of s company - wouldn’t buy a toy car from this inept company. Customer Service - 💩 Avoid at all costs

We then waited a further 10 minutes to then be told that there was only one service advisor available and would be with us shortly. We were then taken to a desk and had to give full details (make, model, colour and reg) of the car as they did not know any information or where the car was. The gentleman then proceeded to say he would need to go and investigate what was going on. We were then left for a further 30 minutes by which point we had to leave as we had no more time to waste. I cannot believe that we were treated this way when we were potentially away to spend over £28k. Customer service at its worst. I will not be recommending this garage to anyone.

I highly would recommend staying away from Peter Vardy. They thought it was expectable for my new car to be on its 3rd brake servo with less than 14k miles on the clock. They said the car was safe but would not give me this in writing!

Disgusted by this company initially got through to Barry Selvey in the service team and told him about my cars issue and he said to me send me a video which I did and got a reply back saying "need to take it to BMW" which I already knew the reason I contacted them was because I wanted to know the procedure as I have the 1 year warranty with them and its only been a few months. I have since been trying to get hold of him but apparently his disappeared or his always in a meeting and will call me back it's been 4 weeks and still no resolution and cant get through to anyone else.

Attempted to see an Audi R8 Spyder they advertised on Autotrader - round trip of over 100 miles!! After waiting ages I was told they couldn’t find the car!! Then told I couldn’t see it because it was in the workshop on a ramp. Left details and was promised a video and details would be emailed to me - nothing!! Sent an email asking loads of queries and asking for information - nothing!! Today I got an email telling me someone had bought the car subject to finance being confirmed - but if it falls through they would let me know!! Couldn’t make this up!! Shambles of s company - wouldn’t buy a toy car from this inept company. Customer Service - 💩 Avoid at all costs

My girlfriend has just bought a second hand car from Peter Vardy and I am completely satisfied with the service and communication from the team especially Eifion. This is not a normal thing for me to put because I am extremely picky and detailed and normally can find a flaw but with them I cant. I cant recommend this garage enough after the change out of key members. I can not praise the staff at Peter Vardy Jaguar enough. I can honestly say, having purchased a few executive type cars now, nothing has come close to the service provided by these guys. I have just purchased a new XE from Richard Booth, who along with the team have ensured all my needs have been met. They go the extra mile and I highly recommend them to anyone for both business and personal purchase of a new or used Jaguar. The car it's self needs no praise, every Jag I have driven has be delightful in it's own way.

Had a few issues with this dealership in the past but I have to say my recent experience was fantastic. I had a problem with my car over the weekend, within 24hrs my car was collected from my place of work , a loan car made available to me. Communication was excellent with a number of messages informing me of the progress made. A complete u turn from my past experience.

Wondering when we will receive the voucher for stay at Trump as promised when new XF purchased last Year when you first opened your new premises. Have queried this so many times by telephone and in person with manager and feel we have been fobbed off. Had planned to use this during December but nothing has arrived. Don't offer incentives if you can't deliver!

Don't know where to start had few problems with my Jaguar so phoned up on Monday girl advised me to bring car in on Thursday said any time. Arrive this morning at half past 10 to be told it is a sit and wait !!! I wasn't informed of this and have my 2 year old with me and she couldn't advise when it would be seen . Said I would go a walk for a hour she said she will call me to let me know how long it will take . I went away from 2 hour with no phone call came back to be told it's fixed but there is some recall problems asked.if I wanted them fix it would take hour and half most this was at half 12 by half 1 was advised car just being washed by 3pm it was the computer that wasn't working that updates my car ermmm that's what was being fixed originally and was fixed at half past 12 it was mentioned to be my car getting washed . 4 o'clock I got my car with 5 hours waiting with my 2 year old is ridiculous oh will mention was advised a manager was coming to see me when I complained at 3 and guess what he didn't arrive. Really unhappy with that part of service. The girls at reception couldn't of been nicer so 5* to them . Was offered a hoover and a wash of my car at beginning . My car wasn't hoovered at all

Was prepared to spend my money on a new car here about a month ago and asked for trade in price for my car (Audi q7) we buy any car valued it at £13500 and I thought well I’m bound to get at least that surely as I’m buying a car from you too, after a looooong time sat waiting for figures the advisor came back and said £11k!! I laughed and promptly said no chance. He said quite rudely “well what did you expect, your not going to get retail value” I told him I know that but I expected around what I was offered from we buy any car as they offer rock bottom prices! There was not even the slightest attempt to win my custom I was just left to get up and walk out. Is that how you win customers?? Terrible customer service. Oh and I just sold the car for £15500 but won’t be in past your dealership I will stick to Audi or BMW. I have never been to a dealership with such a lack of customer skills it just beggars belief

If I had the option of leaving no star rating I would. I would like to share and express my extreme disappointment and disgust at the service, or lack of, that I received from Peter Vardy Jaguar, Aberdeen.

After enquiring about a vehicle and requesting a test drive and appointment with one person, I was then hassled for the following days via email and phone calls from 2 other people, which was confusing and annoying. Myself and my partner turned up ten minutes before the appointment and went to look for the car which was nowhere to be seen. We then proceeded into the showroom and had to wait 5 minutes before someone even greeted us.
