Plenderleath Runcie is an established and well-respected firm of Aberdeen solicitors, providing a full range of legal and estate agency services for private and commercial clients.

We are an efficient team led by our four partners: John Plenderleath, Colin Runcie, John McLoone and Neil Robb. From our modern, city centre office, we work with a range of clients, providing a personal, professional service.

At Plenderleath Runcie, we put our clients first. We do our best to ensure that everyone deals with the same solicitor from the start. We have a wide range of specialist legal knowledge and our individual solicitors each have their own areas of expertise. We are able to advise on most areas of the law and are always available to speak with our clients whenever they need us - we pride ourselves on our client care. We also have a Polish speaking lawyer.

Established in 1998, all four of our founding partners are still with us today. Collectively, we have more than 120 years’ experience practising law and we continue to update our knowledge every day.

We are members of The Law Society of Scotland and the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre. We are authorised by The Law Society to conduct Incidental Investment Business and we registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide Criminal Legal Assistance. All four Partners are Notaries Public.
