Went to bridge of don shop , first time going I was a little shy but the girls were so friendly and did an amazing job I'm so in love with my nails and can't wait to get my Vegas nails done next time !! Thank you so much!❤️

Totally in love with the fabulous job Lisa done of microblading! Lisa took the time to make sure my shape was how I wanted it and that I was happy with it before starting the treatment! No more pencilling in my eyebrows (yaaaayy) Would highly recommend Polish for anyone who wants the treatment Thanks again Lisa, you made me feel so at ease when explaining the whole process. You also talked through each thing you was doing x

Just had a deluxe pedicure with hot stones with Margaret and I would highly recommended! Feeling completely pampered and the hot stone lower leg massage before your polish is applied is a proper treat! Thank you Margaret, I'll be showing off my feet tonight!

I went to the cults branch, I got my nails done by Lisa, she managed to squeeze me in after my original nails from a different salon caused me to have a meltdown, she managed to fix them and I couldn't be happier with them, friendly welcoming staff. Can't fault the salon I will defiantly be returning to get my nails done again! Thank you! :)

I went to polish for the microblading treatment, after my semi permanent makeup had faded. Im more than delighted with the outcome and it looks so natural and un like semi permanent makeup I felt comfortable throughout the healing process. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the treatment I wouldn't hesitate to recommend sammy as she is quite the perfectionist!

I was fortunate enough to win a microblading treatment with Lisa. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I have had 1.5 eyebrows since Christmas 2015 and can now finally say I am back to 2! The treatment itself is a bit sore but definitely worth it. Lisa is very professional and ensures you are entirely satisfied with the proposed shape/colour before proceeding. The end result is a natural looking eyebrow. Excellent after care advice also provided. I am so pleased with the result - would definitely recommend. Thank you Lisa and Polish x

I have been using the BOD shop for the last few months and always find the service very good and the staff all friendly. Would highly recommend Lynette for doing gel nails.

Had my eyebrows micro bladed by Lisa at Cults on Saturday and could not be happier! Lisa was great and talked me through what was happening and didn't start till she knew I was 100% happy with how it was going to look. Definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone! Thanks again x

Been going to Polish Bridge Of Don for years . Great for Bridge Of Don residents like myself having such a salon within arms reach and with parking facilities . All staff are skilled,welcoming and friendly but anyone visiting the salon for the first time- it's Jacqui I would definately recommend . I'm guessing a lot of others would too as often hard to get an appointment at short notice with her , I have my appointments booked in advance for the next three months via the website with her !

I get various treatments done by Jacqui . Mainly nails and eyebrow waxing . Jacqui , hence her many years experience ,always gives me sound advice re any queries I have regarding a treatment etc and clearly has great knowledge in all aspects of nail and beauty therapy .

Joke apart , I wouldn't let anyone else near my brows now!

As I've had so many appointments at the Bridge Of Don salon over the years ,I've been given a "platinum " customer keyring which entitles me to I think 30% off most treatments - fab !

This is a fabulous salon with top quality beauticians and my nails are always beautiful but the oddest thing happened yesterday. My beautician was wearing rubber gloves and it felt really wierd. It lacked the intimacy (in the best sense) of my usual treatment and I wouldn't have nail art done - it must feel like trying to do nail art with boxing gloves on. If this is some kind of experiment I sincerely hope it is short lived - it is simply too odd for words.

I had gel polish put on my nails 2 days before my holiday at the cults salon, had good service from the girls and loved my nails, unfortunately tho they only lasted to the following sat so they lasted a week, then they started chipping and could peel off the whole nail. Needless to say I now have no gel polish on my nails. Bit dissapointed but guess I saved myself the trip back to have the polish removed.

I had booked my appointment months in advance and was so excited but came away quite deflated. I was kept waiting 40 minutes for my appointment while my mum's manicure was over and done with within this time while I just sat and waited while my appointment time was carried out on another client sat next to me. The therapist did apologise and explain but it's not acceptable to keep your client waiting this long. My mum's manicure was also rushed and was still wet under the layers of polish which were not left to dry adequately between coats, my gel polish has also started to lift already and the gap between my cuticle and the polish is massive so looks like I had it done 2 weeks ago never mind 4 days ago. Unfortunately I wouldn't return to the cults salon based on my experience.

Just left pure for the first time. Got a manicure and pedicure. I've left with polish looking a complete mess. Will have to do it again myself at home. The quick dry they used absolutely ruined the finish of the polish on about half of my nails. Further, they took off a huge corner of my toenail. Isn't it common sense that toenails are cut straight to avoid ingrown nails. She also told me she was scared of using cuticle cutters as she was cutting my cuticles. Seemed very unprofessional and lacking knowledge and training.

Just back from Polish at Bridge of Don after having my express eye lashes removed. The express eye lashes I had put on in their salon the previous day. I wasn't happy with them and returned today to have them removed. They looked ridiculous. They removed them but I had no refund and now a day before I go on holiday I now have no lashes either. Pretty disappointed that even if someone else could do them I am still out of pocket. Poor show. Will not be back to Polish again for waxing or nails or eyelashes.

I went to the Cults salon a couple of weeks ago to have gel extensions done for my wedding. Within an hour of leaving the salon one nail had come completely off! When I called to complain, I was told that I could be taken in the BOD salon for a repair that evening, as I was leaving for my wedding the next day. An hour later, another two had snapped...I called back and asked for them to just be removed, as had no confidence in these lasting until my wedding a few days later. I was told there wasn't an appointment long enough for a removal (fair enough), and when I asked for a refund I was told no way, I was being offered repairs as I had a full set of gels on. No, I had 7 gels on. Needless to say I didn't go for the repairs, and I am so disappointed in the customer service. I have had good service from Polish before, but to pay £55 for nails that didn't even last a day, and then to pay a further £75 to have their work removed and redone elsewhere is ridiculous. Luckily, I managed to get a late appointment the day before my wedding and had lovely nails on the day, but it was a stress I didn't need. Had I received my refund, I wouldn't complain as everybody can have an off day. I'm so unimpressed though and would not recommend them anymore, certainly not to anybody wanting to have their nails done for a special occasion!

I felt very rushed by the staff to get me out at evening being the last customer, was even asked to pay before my treatments had been done. Technican did chat a little to me but did make more conversation with other staff whilst doing my nails which didnt make me feel very welcome or comfortable like i expect to feel when visiting a salon. I liked my nails however they havent even lasted one week and are peeling already. I am used to Shellac brand and this is not what i would expect of a well known brand like gelish. Had high expectations of the salon because of reviews from others but was left feeling quite deflated after my visit.

Phoned this morning to cancel my appointment that I made yesterday..only to be told it's their policy to charge a £10 fee!! Wanted to make for next week but still would be charged unless I could come today...ridiculous when you make the booking you are not made aware so I won't be going at all..just to make you ladies aware!!

Me and my sister went and got our nails done for her wedding at the Cults branch. I had a french manicure which was just awful and it started chipping off the next day. My sisters was so thick that she had to go and get then redone somewhere else today. She is the bride and I am bridesmaid and this poor service so close to the wedding is just additional stress. For important events I would recommend going somewhere else. We had heard negative reviews of the cults branch but thought it would be ok but no...poor service

I had lash extension and gel nails done for a wedding. Had to get the lashes removed the next day (somewhere else) as they were awful and painful - a number of them had been glued to my eyelid, the lashes were poor quality and excessive glue was used. As for my nails they begun to lift within hours the entire experience was terrible.
