What an amazing place this is and what a brilliant idea! You clock in at the reception and everything you want to eat or drink is FREE, you just pay for the time spent (10p per minute) AND all proceeds go to CLAN? Free WiFi, free phone charging, games for kids, books, magazines, nice staff. I love it!! I didn't even know it was here? Was heading to Costa and am very glad I stopped!

User

What a great little spot. Will be back with friends with kids as lots for them to eat and do. Lots of books, toys and food and all for a great cause!

User

What a fantastic place! I spent over two hours today working on my laptop and it was such a peaceful spot to get some work done while enjoying a great variety of snacks. The coffee was brilliant which I enjoyed with a croissant and jam and later I had soup and a sandwich, huge compliments on the soup! It's a place that really suits a whole range of occasions - I loved the concept of helping myself while I was working, but equally would be happy going with friends, and I note child friendly but a big enough place so that everyone can enjoy their own space.

Staff were friendly and explained the running when I arrived. I'm already looking forward to returning.

User

What a fantastic idea! Love the concept. Really friendly and polite young staff. Simple to use, and a peaceful retreat from shopping! Would highly recommend this awesome place for a chilled out cuppa. Lovely play area for wee toots and a haven of tranquility with dining tables or chill out armchairs for the grown ups. Very impressed and will be back.

User

We had our first visit to Tempo today and really enjoyed it! Everything was explained when we arrived and the staff were on hand to help if we needed them. The kids were in their element with all the treats on offer! would definitely recommend for people to give them a try, shall be back!

User

Tempo have hosted our art exhibition this weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better space, more support or better Responce time. It was brilliant start to finish. Special thanks to Laura for her continuous support and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve everything we wanted. They even laid on food for our opening night.

A great space and great staff.

User

Such a great place to stop with the kids. It's great if you want to simply refuel during a shopping trip. Lovely environment with such comfortable chairs. Every visit we've been made to feel very welcome too.

User

Such a good idea for a cafe! Between myself and my partner we have 2 coffees each and a few fine pieces... Still cheaper than Starbucks and Costa and we were there for more than an hour. Fab place. Staff were friendly and easy to speak to.

User

Stopped in today for a few hours as had some time to kill in town. What a brilliant wee cafe! I could get some down time, some food and work done and not feel like I was in the road or rushed to leave! I love this place! Def be back!

User

Second time visit and my husband loved the concept of it all. I volunteer in Elgin CLAN and it’s a shame we don’t have the space here to have something similar. Keep up the good work xx Merry Christmas to all who volunteer at Tempo x

User

Relaxed, family friendly, wheelchair access and loads of space. Take as long as you like it be 2 minutes, and pay for your time 10pence a minute each. Continental Breakfast buffet type foods, cakes, crisps, scones, soup, sandwich fillers. Good for all allergies. Coffee machine, tea's galore. Brilliant friendly staff. You help your self and tidy up after your self, and all for the Clan charity!

User

Love it here. Such a relaxed environment to take our little girl to. Lovely food and each time we go in there is always someone to have a natter with. Highly recommended

User

Just nipped in to try for the first time this morning, fantastic idea, will definitely be back.

User

I've been twice now, once with friends and latterly with family. The staff help you if you're not sure what to do but honestly, it's straight forward. Self service and all you pay for is the time you spend here (10pence per minute). Great pit stop for a natter and what you spend is going to a great cause. Charge your devices for free, play their board games, help yourself to food and drink.

User

I always love Tempo great concept lovely staff and builds community with customers helping each other and chatting as they make thier sandwiches get thier coffee it's got a great community feel and the soups are lovely. Well worth a visit

User

Great concept my first experience today, we went in after 2 wasn’t a great deal left but to be expected at that time, we both hand a sandwich tea & coffee & was £5.60 & was happy with that, will be back thanks

User

Found this gem whilst on a day-trip to Aberdeen , lovely place to sit and have a coffee & I love the concept of just paying for “time”

User

First visit yesterday and I'll be back! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and my son and I played a came of draughts while having our fly cup. Was so nice. Great selection of food on offer, all we wanted was a cuppa and a biscuit so perfect...saved me paying thro the nose for something fancy we didn't really need at other places!! Also as only paying for time, I could bring a packed lunch for my son (who is ceoliac so eating out can be tricky) and have it here and I could make a sandwich too! No more sitting in corners of shopping centres eating packed lunches! Really great idea and I will be back! Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

User
