After our horrible start this morning we end the day on a real high. Harry and I had our first therapy session at Kirkcaldy hospice and Harry done so,so well! I am bursting with pride. He got so many cuddles and photos taken. If it brightens someoneŌĆÖs day even just for 5 minutes itŌĆÖs all been worth while.

So disappointed to learn this morning our new plants in our window boxes have been pulled out again leaving a huge mess around our salon. The winter plants were just planted last week. Andrea takes great pride and care doing the planting. It takes us time and money to do these. We are saddened as to why someone would have the need to do this.

Not got my app till this Thurs but was in for 1st time with my mum last week! The ladies were so welcoming & made us feel @ home, offering refreshments regularly, best bit is they dun an amazing job on my mums hair, what a difference. Love my new look. Fantastic experience at the salon. Staff are friendly and male you feel welcome. They took the time to discuss the style I wanted and gave great wee tips for me to easily style it myself at home. Highly recommend them =D

I don't get hair done often , bit the bullet and had a restyle even though I was fussy staff were fan and Laura very patient to get it right. Cut really well and sits lovely . I was made to feel really welcome by all . I will definitely be back

Having had longer hair than even my girlfriend for almost 15 years(!) it was time to get 'the chop' and after discussing with Stacey what I could do decided on coming to Reflections for a drastic cut and restyle. Stacey made me feel very at ease and her Mum and colleagues were very friendly and welcoming too (especially Mackenzie ). Stacey's work is extremely professional and she knows her craft well. Her cut and style for me was fantastic and she recommended aftercare for my hair too, though I can't quite get it to look as good myself no matter how long I spend in front of the mirror Will be going back again though for sure and would definitely recommended them to anyone who wants a simple trim or a totally restyle. 10/10.

Have never trusted a hairdressers opinion as much as I do Stacey's, she has worked so hard to help revitalise my hair and get it back into condition, being honest with me every step of the way. First time in the salon today, and i have never been in such a friendly environment, was attended to as soon as i arrived, offered a tea a couple of times, claire knew exactly how i wanted my hair and i couldn't be happier with end result. This will now be my regular hairdressers, thank you to all the staff.

First time in the salon today and what a wonderful experience, I was lucky enough to win a voucher to get my hair cut and styled but I would have no problem in coming back and paying for the service because it is outstanding! Such warm and friendly ladies whom make you feel right at home, very busy but kept right on top of each customer and did not rush through! They highly value customers and I will definitely recommend the salon to everyone I know! Claire was my hairdresser today and she was fab, she knew exactly what I wanted and talked me through everything, such a happy and cheerful woman and I would love her to cut my hair again!
