I support Children and Families with their Emotional Wellbeing. I offer 1-1 , group & family sessions.
Age range 3-5yrs, p1-p3 & p4-p7 . Chill Skills workshops for S1-S6 & I also offer support for Transition from p7-S1.
Just Relax for Adults.

RELAX KIDS help children become more confident, caring & calm. We give them the tools to deal with the pressures of everyday life.

This is achieved by using 7 Steps of Relaxation : - Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe & Relax.

This helps to develop concentration, self esteem and confidence. It also helps to improve peer relationships and social skills.

And most importantly, this can all be achieved while having FUN! ! !
