I am Serena Wilson, I am a fully qualified Highland Dancing teacher and run classes in Peterhead since 1996. I am a mum of 3 young girls and during the summer I seen an article about Relax Kids and from that moment on, I knew I had to train and run classes in this amazingly powerful class for our little sweethearts.

What an opprtunity - to give our children the mental tools to deal with various situations, to learn them to love themselves, have confidence in themsleves and show them how to be still and calm, in a fun, friendly, exciting manner, aimed perfectly for their age.

We, as mums, are so busy and expect our kids to do and be so much nowadays . . . these classes gives them a weekly 'time out' confidence boosting class which gives them wee tricks to use at home, school etc to manage any anxieties, worries, doubts which may crop up.
