Results Gym Description
Results Gym has been established for 10 years in Aberdeen. In that time, Results has become Aberdeens No1 independent gym for people who are serious and passionate about weight training.
Because the owners of results are deeply passionate about what we do, and because we have over 40 years combined experience in weight training, we can offer the right advice on training schedules, routines and diets.
Our members include the current and 3 times British Natural Body Building Champion, PNBA World Natural Body Building runner up, Scotland's Strongest Man junior runner up, Scottish NABBA Junior runner up, Scotland UKBFF Junior champion, Aberdeens Strongest Man Novice runner up, Scottish NABBA Ladies Figure Toned class runner up and British and Scottish Masters weight lifting champion.
And of course we have the 2007 Mr Universe Graham Park who is always on hand to offer and share his wealth of experience.
We also stock a large range of supplements, and we are the ONLY approved stockist in the North East of Scotland for Extreme Nutrition and Maximum Performance.

Our key fob entry system is back up and running again!!! Normal service is resumed!
Apologies again for the delay in getting things fixed but its all good now!
Gym will open tomorrow morning at 8am.
We have changed the reader but our keyfob system is still not working. Due to the fault, we are forced to close the gym from tonight at 9pm until 7am Monday morning.
We are looking to get engineers out on Monday as the fault is more serious than we first thought.
We had hoped to have the new part for the door entry system delivered today but the couriers have had other ideas.
The gym will close tonight at 2100, and re-open at 0530 tomorrow morning.
Hopefully the courier gods will look upon us tomorrow and deliver the parts we need.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, ie our key fob reader dying on us, we will have to close the gym tonight at 2200 and re-open at 0645 tomorrow. The roller door will be closed so there will be no admission between these times. Please bear with us until we get a new fob reader in place, and please accept our apologies for this.
Members, we have a fault with the key fob system at the gym. The system isn't recognising any key fobs. We are trying to get this fixed asap, please bear with us!

Really good Gym to train in with plenty of heavy weights. Definitely recommend using here if your into Bodybuilding :)
Quality gym ! Massive increase in my strength for sure
Only in Aberdeen for 3 weeks. And this a Real Gym not many like this left. And the good thing about this gym is you get no Bullshit. I Was made to feel welcome soon as i walk in by the owner Austen(Top Man).. And if a coach called (Kirsten Moore) says your doing something wrong, the chances are you are. Pays to listen
No frills friendly gym that will get you results. Great staff, great gym. Family atmosphere.
My kind of gym. It has everything you need to hit your targets. Most importantly, amazing staff and community.
I live on the other side of the country. Can't wait to get back over there again �
I've been to results twice now, once to see what it's like as a gym and another time to learn from Austen about strongman training. The staff are friendly and helpful. Providing a welcoming service. As for the equipment good metal weights which you are welcome to drop. They have facilities for strength training, Olympic lifting, strongman events and conditioning. I had a really great day today and enjoyed learning a lot and will be back

Brilliant wee gym. Always have a cracking workout there. If I lived in Aberdeen I would train there full time. A place where you can train hard and it's the norm!!! Love it!!!
