Visited Union Square branch not long after it officially opened, staff were so welcoming and accommodating, we had a large order, our orders came out quick and everything from our milkshakes to waffles tasted amazing! Presentation was lovely. Staff were keen to hear our views on the new place, we had nothing but good things to say. Great location, so many things I wanted to try out on the menu, will be back for more!

Omg!! Just had the best Dessert ever Strawberry and Chocolate Pancake amazing totally recommend and so pretty so talented staff to create a work of art like that on a plate.

Great shop . great staff apart from hamed. He has a poor attitude. We spend at least £70 and can be as much as£100.a week. Don't want to go to another shop but will if his attitude persists.Tam n Sharon

Got a groupon so me and my daughter had a drink and crepe or waffle. Can't believe how huge helpings we got. My hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream was fab and so was my waffle with banana strawberry and Nutella and Ferraro rochet. Wasn't fit for it so got offered it to be boxed to come home. Staff were excellent and friendly

Always great service when coming here. I’d personally say the best ice cream in Aberdeen. The atmosphere is always good and the fact that their busy shows people keep coming back.

I have a lot of love for the food and shakes from here, so tasty and sickly in the best way. However we ordered from here today including an aero mint milkshake and m&m shake. Neither of them tasted massively minty, but my issue is that I am 100% certain that one of them had nuts in. Don't get me wrong, I'm not fussy with chocolate bars and I love snickers or whatever nutty chocolate it happened to be... but for someone with an allergy it would have been a massive issue. If it was peanut m&m's then it needed to state that clearly, otherwise you need to be far more careful. I hope I'm the only one who has had this issue

Went with my friend and the selection is amazing ! However, when we were there we got plastic cutlery which are not really ideal for waffles nor crepes and of course they broke after like 2 seconds . The waitresses also turned the music super loud that we couldn’t even hear each other with my friend. Good food but the overall experience wasn’t that great - will probably try your other brand next time

Was very disappointed with our visit to the Union square one. Staff was very rude, waited ages for my order. Tonight we thought we would try spital, walked in no one took us on, ordered my food. staff was also very rude me and my partner ordered at the same time (paid altogether) i never got mines till he was half way through his...I went up to order drinks and I got completely ignored the time I got back my order had melted. �

Shocking customer service from your union square outlet! Stood for a long time before being served, with only myself in the queue at the time. Ordered 2 cones for my daughters then proceeded to wait. Another customer came along, ordered and same employee served up their order straight away � no idea why I was made to wait, completely and utterly baffled. I could understand if I ordered a sundae or something along those lines which can be time consuming to piece together but x2 cones!!! Anyone who knows me, knows I never complain, never! It’s my first time here, thought I’d see what all the fuss is about but I doubt I’ll be back in a hurry. There’s just no excuse for bad customer service.
