We went on Sunday the 26th Feb for the first time & it definitely won't be the last it was amazing & the staff were top notch too

We went on 1st may and oh my god it was amazing loved it so hard to decide as far too many yummy things on menu will need to go bk again to try something else out kids absolutely loved it haven't seen them eat so much lol xx

We went for a takeaway last night. 1st time there & the staff on duty were very polite & helpful. Our ice cream sundae & pancake tower were both delicious. Well done guys.

My daughter had her 12th Birthday get together with friends last night! Staff were amazing, very helpful and great service! Dessert’s were as always.... amazing.

I went here with my children food portions massive lovely lady behind the counter will be back for sure 😊

Had to wait about 20 minutes but the guy on till was kind enough to give us free drinks to compensate. Friendly staff and great food.

Had our first ice cream the night! Omg was tasty. Def be back to try more!!!

Girls love going to Shakes n Cakes for their ice cream or milkshakes and finally we decided to sit in and have their waffles and pancakes. OMG was huge portion but i managed to demolish the whole plate of waffle with strawberries, ice cream, nutella n choc sauce! Would definitely recommend and go back again !

Cookie Dough is epic a total must have. Nice quite and great food. Service fast and you are well taken care of.

I got asked to leave a review due to being the first person to try the gluten free pancake mix. I have to admit i was very impressed with the pancakes they were lovely, only advice i would give would be to cook them a little longer as gluten free mix takes slightly longer to cook than normal.

We went on Thursday for the first time. Ordered and sat. Watched the lady make our sundaes. No gloves, wiping her hands continuously on her dirty cloth apron then rummage about the kitchen, still nae gloves. She then scooped out our ice cream outta of the tub and put her thumb on top. I spoke to the guy who took them over who took our ones back and remade them himself (with gloves), but when he returned he said they allowed to not wear gloves...!? But as the lady had wiped her hands on her apron that is why we got them remade. The sundae was delicious and amazing. Sooooo fine. But the lack of regard for germ spreading, especially with actual touching customers orders, makes me nervous to return with my children. Cannot fault our sundaes, but don't think i will be returning on a hurry....

Won’t be going back!!!! Missing items hot dog stone cold really overpriced!!!!!!! Not worth the hour wait!!

Great tasting waffle and portion size.

Downside: absolutely freezing, it was 1:30pm when I arrived and I could see my breath on the air when I sat down! The waitress apologised profusely and said they don’t have main heating. Never before have I had to sit and eat with my coat on!

Also loud dance music blasting like it was a club :/!

Can you please explain why a £4.60 plate of cake and ice cream has more food on it then a £9 sharing platter? Your cookie dough is pathetic, £9 for half an inch of cookie dough, I could have eaten your sharing platter in one spoonful. Don't understand how you could possibly charge double the price for less food? Also the chocolate cake described as being served hot was stone cold, when asked to please heat it up it came back look warm. Also, the blonde girl front of house had no manners or customer service skills, rude and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a family friendly place and she gave the children having fun dirty looks? Lovely.

First time visit, ordered chocolate brownie with icecream, got chocolate fudge cake instead! On making a friendly complain instead of an apology or explaining in a friendly tone staff continued to argue rudely. Even a kid can tell what is brownie and what is not.



He went on explaining cake alaska recipe when I was talking about brownie �Cake alaska was another item in the menu. Such a waste of time and rude staff, would never visit again!
