Was in tonight and got exceptional service from a member of staff (pretty certain his name was Gordon-worked on building the bikes) . From giving me advice on a bike I went onto purchase , to taking my overflowing basket to the cash desk for me and then waiting after he had finished his shift to help me out to my car with all my purchases he was a great help start to finish and enhanced my experience in your store ! Great example of customer service he deserves a massive thanks from his management team !

The best customer service I have ever received. Very impresed with Gordon nothing was to much trouble also very knowledgeable and patient.

Great store. Managed to buy an Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, so big thanks to the guy who never showed up to pick up his pre-order. Friendly guys and girls working there. ���

Some good deals but overall a little more expensive than supermarkets/Home Bargains & B&M stores.

Definitely be in again to grab some Christmas gifts!
