**MISSING COAT RACK** Our coat rack came off the wall and we placed it outside the back of the cafe on top of our gas cage on Saturday as we didn’t have the tools to put it back up straight away, unfortunately someone has taken it (I believe on Saturday night). It may have been mistaken for rubbish but in fact it is a handmade coat rack which we would love to get back!! If you accidentally took it, or saw anyone take it please could you get in touch. We do not like to use social media to post anything negative, however, this has now happened too many times...
Our recycling bin is not for public use, we pay for this facility and as we are keen on recycling manage to fill it ourselves pretty quickly!!
Please please please do not put your own personal rubbish or recycling in our bins, it’s just not fair on our small wee business. We now have to dispose of this rubbish that someone has put into our bin.

In just under 6 weeks I'll be running my first marathon.. I'm doing this to highlight that not everyone is healthy enough to run and to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support who work extremely hard to make life that little bit easier for people and their families living with such a horrible disease. Wish me luck!!

Excited to have a date for our next session with Ecowarrior Yoga !! A flow practice followed by some restorative Yin yoga...No gin here I'm afraid but there will be hot drinks after, as per usual 🙏

We wanted to share Real Soul Yoga's weekend workshop event with you all!! Happening this Sunday 4th March in Banchory. Ivana is wonderful teacher and inspiring person, we wish we were free to make it along too.

Went to Spider on a Bicycle today for the first time. An absolute delight. Super friendly service, great atmosphere and amazing food. Can’t believe it’s taken me 18 months to try it!

The Hot Pot special along with the beetroot soup were wonderful. I enjoyed the hot chocolate(it was soooo chocolatey and creamy) and the raspberry filled cake was wonderful. Excellent service as well.

We were visiting with friends, Rick and Sylvia, whilst on holiday from America, and will recommend this spot to any of our friends who wish to come to this part of Scotland! We promise we will be back the next time we are in here!

So love this place.... stopped for a coffee while we had our dog . Sat outside... staff lovely took our coffees out to us... visited again on our way to Braemar for a coffee and bacon bun to carry out .... best bacon bun ever .... lovely bacon ( I hate salty bacon so glad this wasn't salty) and the seeded bun was so fine... again staff lovely.... decor so nice .highly recommend

I had a lovely chai latte (no added sugar ��) and partner a hot chocolate (best he's had in a long time.)

Was chuffed to see my two favourite flavours of nakd bars for sale too so grabbed some of them!

Lovely staff, deffo be back for a proper sit in lunch soon! �

Nice and quirky, Good choice of vegan foods and was amazing which is a bonus. Girls were lovely and very helpful.

My favourite cafe. I like this cafe because they serve oat milk. It's the only cafe I know that does this. In other places I have to bring oat milk for my tea in a flask. I also like the fact that I know there will be a gluten, dairy and egg free cake that I can eat. They are always delicious. The tea is always served in a beautiful bone china vintage cup and saucer. The meals are delicious too and there is always a dairy, egg and gluten free option for me. Well done Sider On A Bicycle!

My favourite cafe of all time!! I’m gluten intolerant & they have plenty of choice here for the GF band wagon! Also vegan choices make it that bit more special! � the service is always with a smile, the ladies are always willing to help & we take the time to travel all the way in just to visit this little gem! �

I have visited 3 times now...loved it every single time. Beautiful food..great taste..good price...we are lucky to have such a gem of a coffee shop on our doorstep. Highly recommend. X

Had a lovely visit to the cafe today with my Mum. She is in a wheelchair- got parked right outside in disabled parking and good access to the coffee shop. Loved the building and the rustic look. Had a lovely toasted sandwich and great coffee. Also enjoyed a piece of gluten free lemon cake. I will be back, thank you

First visit on Sunday and it did not disappoint, all the staff were very friendly and I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Just what was needed when I had a 14 week old puppy with me who loved all the attention from the girls and fellow customers. Will definitely be back soon �

After a terrible experience at the Boat Inn with rude staff, we decided to check out Spider on a Bicycle, we were delighted to find it was a lovely wee place with friendly staff, great food, fantastic service and good coffee. Will definitely be back.
