All staff were very welcoming and friendly, they couldnвҖҷt do enough for us and were great with our kids (they loved their wee colouring books by the way!). The food was delicious, all very fresh and lots of choice. We couldnвҖҷt manage to eat everything so the staff kindly let us take our cakes home to enjoy later. CanвҖҷt wait to come back! We nipped in for lunch today on our way back from Aberdeen. I opted for the tuna baked potato which was delicious, and my husband had the burger, which he said was the best burger heвҖҷd eaten in ages. The service was great and we were made to feel very welcome. ItвҖҷs a bright and airy restaurant with a lovely outside courtyard. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely lunch at The Barn today, the food was fab. Nice little play area for the kids outside too. The staff were all so nice & helpful. Lots of lovely fine pieces to take home too! WeвҖҷll definitely be back пҝҪ

We had a fantastic late lunch today at The Barn, we were lucky enough to have a nice day so sat outside in the courtyard to enjoy the sun, the food was amazing and there was a lovely drink selection. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we canвҖҷt wait to go back and work our way through the menu.

We are pretty regular customers of The Barn and we came in for lunch today. Once again the food was outstanding. Fish Finger Butty and Chilli Beef Potato Skins were the choices today and both of us had clean plates. Decided to share a (HUGE) portion of the Sticky Toffee Pudding and this is the reason for posting a review today. It was amazing, I donвҖҷt think weвҖҷve had a better Sticky Toffee anywhere! Just the right amount of sweet, perfect for sharing although I could have happily eaten my wifeвҖҷs half also! Highly recommend this to anyone should it be on the menu in the future. I wonвҖҷt need much persuasion to have another go next time I see it in the cabinet! Once again the service was also second to none...the waitresses in The Barn are brilliant, one or two in particular stand out and give some of the best service weвҖҷve received from a coffee shop. Visited twice now, first time went on a round trip of the countryside to find you because of the bypass works, but today came straight to you thanks to the post you gave of directions пҝҪ. Both times had a lovely meal, very clean, and friendly staff waiting on, will be back soon. BTW the Mumbai special sandwich was so tasty.

Visited The Barn for MotherвҖҷs Day afternoon tea with 6 mums. Delicious sandwiches, light scones with cream and jam followed by a selection of cakes. Mini raspberry Victoria sandwich were my favourite пҝҪ.

Lashings of tea in the biggest teapots I have seen.

Lovely place and great people, warm welcomes and very friendly. So lucky to have such a fab coffee shop and restaurant so close. Recently treated Mum to mother's day afternoon tea which was really lovely, plenty of savoury and sweet treats - and a doggy bag of the leftovers to take home!



Very nice touch to be issued with an extra sweet treat for the mums upon departure which I'm told was amazing but didn't last long... пҝҪ



Would love for the barn to do an evening menu, perhaps a themed night or something once or twice a month?

Just back from lunch at the barn. The food was delicious and even though my husband did not have the soup as it was mushroom and he does not like it, he tried mine and decided to order a bowl. He said it was the nicest soup he had tasted. The staff were so lovely and attentive. I will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

The staff were so lovely and helpful... nothing was a problem, I had messaged with some questions and all answered quickly. They were extremely busy ... not a space in the car parks or a seat left in the place but the service was still fab... There was so much вҖңfine pieces вҖң we all got take away boxes with us too... canвҖҷt recommend highly enough... will definitely be back to try some of the lovely looking lunches I saw пҝҪ

Just back from breakfast at the barn, had the homemade beans on toast with poached eggs it was delicious пҝҪ lovely staff and as the sun was out we got to sit outside in the garden area which was so peaceful thoroughly enjoyed it пҝҪ

Just back for The Barn! Will definitely be going back again. Staff were lovely and helpful and the white chocolate and cherry scone was the size of a small island! It was delicious we couldnвҖҷt eat it all so we still have half for tomorrow. The strawberry Frangipani was also fab again we have some home with us. Prices were good and service was very attentive. I booked for Fathers day. Table was ready when we arrived. Lovely friendly staff. Pancakes were delicious. Your home made gigantic cherry scones are to die for. I'm so glad I took one home! My kids loved the play area outside. Beautiful place. Truly enjoyed our morning here. We will be back !

Could not recommend The Barn enough! Lovely outside area well kept and nice and spacious for sitting outside in the sun, nice little play area for small children. Inside the barn is also super nice - very spacious with plenty of tables for seating and spread out well. We went last Friday and were greeted by such lovely staff members who instantly made us feel comfortable. They were very attentive but not intrusive, had great product knowledge and could not have been more helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is flawless with portion sizes very generous and food cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back!

I was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease. Every aspect of my treatment was explained fully and I was then asked if I had any questions about what had been said.



The young lady (sorry I didnвҖҷt get your name) that carried out my treatments was lovely and pleasantly honest were needed. I asked about other treatments that they offered which she was happy to explain.



I would highly recommended Beauty at the Barn and will definitely be returning for further treatments.

Lovely place and great people, warm welcomes and very friendly. So lucky to have such a fab coffee shop and restaurant so close. Recently treated Mum to mother's day afternoon tea which was really lovely, plenty of savoury and sweet treats - and a doggy bag of the leftovers to take home!



Very nice touch to be issued with an extra sweet treat for the mums upon departure which I'm told was amazing but didn't last long... пҝҪ



Would love for the barn to do an evening menu, perhaps a themed night or something once or twice a month?

Just back from lunch at the barn. The food was delicious and even though my husband did not have the soup as it was mushroom and he does not like it, he tried mine and decided to order a bowl. He said it was the nicest soup he had tasted. The staff were so lovely and attentive. I will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

Just back from having Afternoon Tea for my friends 70th... couldnвҖҷt fault a thing. The staff were so lovely and helpful... nothing was a problem, I had messaged with some questions and all answered quickly. They were extremely busy ... not a space in the car parks or a seat left in the place but the service was still fab... There was so much вҖңfine pieces вҖң we all got take away boxes with us too... canвҖҷt recommend highly enough... will definitely be back to try some of the lovely looking lunches I saw пҝҪ

Just back from breakfast at the barn, had the homemade beans on toast with poached eggs it was delicious пҝҪ lovely staff and as the sun was out we got to sit outside in the garden area which was so peaceful thoroughly enjoyed it пҝҪ

Just back for The Barn! Will definitely be going back again. Staff were lovely and helpful and the white chocolate and cherry scone was the size of a small island! It was delicious we couldnвҖҷt eat it all so we still have half for tomorrow. The strawberry Frangipani was also fab again we have some home with us. Prices were good and service was very attentive. Good work guys. Look forward to coming along for lunch.

I booked for Fathers day. Table was ready when we arrived. Lovely friendly staff. Pancakes were delicious. Your home made gigantic cherry scones are to die for. I'm so glad I took one home! My kids loved the play area outside. Beautiful place. Truly enjoyed our morning here. We will be back !

Could not recommend The Barn enough! Lovely outside area well kept and nice and spacious for sitting outside in the sun, nice little play area for small children. Inside the barn is also super nice - very spacious with plenty of tables for seating and spread out well. We went last Friday and were greeted by such lovely staff members who instantly made us feel comfortable. They were very attentive but not intrusive, had great product knowledge and could not have been more helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is flawless with portion sizes very generous and food cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back!

Been a couple of times in the past month and the staff and service have been spot on along with the food, the menu is insane can never decide. Lovely wee place and the scones are amazing in taste, size and price! For sure one of my new favourite places to go.

Beauty at the Barn. From the minute I enquired about an appointment I was impressed. I opted for one of the holiday packages they were offering which in itself was a great deal.



I was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease. Every aspect of my treatment was explained fully and I was then asked if I had any questions about what had been said.



The young lady (sorry I didnвҖҷt get your name) that carried out my treatments was lovely and pleasantly honest were needed. I asked about other treatments that they offered which she was happy to explain.



I would highly recommended Beauty at the Barn and will definitely be returning for further treatments.
