Work is well underway on the wet weather cover over part of the back deck. Aiming to be finished by the end of May, dogs will be welcome in this area (and their owners too!)🐶😊

We called in for a late lunch. The two soups on offer were both excellent, and for dessert the warm pineapple cake served with cream was delicious.
We always visit here when we are up in Braemar. Love it! Great food and lovely atmosphere. Staff all friendly. Particularly liked the children’s play area corner, was great for our wee boy! Xx
Very friendly efficient service and delicious homemade cakes excellent pit stop on a drive through the highlands
Top quality food, reasonably priced, served in a quaint and clean environment by friendly staff. Definitely a great wee place to stop off to enjoy the food and the views. Very nice. Thank-you!
The staff were excellent, as was the food. The scenery was to die for. Absolutely stunning! In the 4 days we were in Braemar, we visited the Bothy 5 times. Definitely recommend this fabulous coffee shop.
Popped in for some lunch on a lovely sunny day, so sat outside and enjoyed the quiche (chicken & bacon)(pear& courgette with a hint of chilli) & salad followed by scones,jam cream & coffees. All delicious in pleasant surroundings.

Love The Bothy Braemar. Great choice of different seating options, inside, outside and a glazed area for a bit of both. Coffee tables or lunch tables depending what you’re having and fresh cooked food served by friendly people
I visited this lovely little coffee shop and adjoining outdoors shop on Mon 23rd April 2018 during a touring motorcycle trip. Every aspect of it deserves 5 stars: the coffee, the service, the staff (especially the small attractive brunette-haired young lady) and the location to name but a few.
I would highly recommend to anybody and I will definitely be calling in again the next time I am hiking/rock climbing or riding in or around the area!! �
Highly recommended. Stop whenever we can get a seat, always busy. Best coffee for miles and lovely food and home bakes. Very good service. Also love the shop. Win, win!!!
Having travelled up from Fife for the day, had soup and a sandwich yesterday with our dog. VEGEATABLE BROTH was amazing and BBC ie Brie Bacon and Cranberry panini was a delight. Will def be back and recommend.
Good lunch fayre in the loveliest of settings. Would definitely revisit if up this way again.
Fun staff, lovely soup and beautiful spot��
First class place for a drink or bite to eat. Very busy Sunday but plenty of staff working hard to keep people happy and moving things along. Seating inside and out and a good variety of food and drinks. Glad we stopped.
Fantastic homemade tomatosoup! Delishes pastry, nice large latte, superfriendly staff; even spoke our language!?!!? � we're glad we chose to stop for a while. Great atmosphere.
Fantastic food, service & surroundings. Best Scottish breakfast I’ve ever had, Black pudding to die for, well served breakfast with not a bit of grease on the plate, highly recommend 👌
Excellent service. Nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend this to all my friends visiting the area.
After walking in the hills or for just relaxing in this place is fantastic for putting your feet up and enjoying some home cooked food
