Big thanks to everyone who came along to another fantastic Ballater Farmers Market on Saturday I was rather tired after but I came home feeling extremely lucky to live in such a fantastic supportive community where people genuinely care about each other 😁 thankyou On another note Honesty box is stocked up with lots of yummy goodies 😁 YUM!

Hi everyone So I am feeling a good bit better now, not quite running up any hills (to the frustration of Milly the German Shepherd) but I'm getting there. Thanks for all the messages, cards and flowers they have been very much appreciated. Being a house wife has never been my calling and I am starting to go a bit crazy so this weekend we will be heading to Banchory Farmers Market on Saturday and the Deeside Local Food Festival on Sunday with lots of yummy goodies!

Hi folks Unfortunately the business will be closed today until further notice due to Shona falling ill and landing up in hospital. She is on the mend but has some memory loss (not great being a baker!) and still some numbness down one side of her body. We both apologies for any missed orders today and she hopes to be back baking for you all soon. Thanks for your understanding we are just keen that she gets better and baking yummy bread once more.

We are looking someone who is as passionate about bread as we are. Bread and pastry skills is essential but training will also be given. Ability to work on your own once settled in is essential to allow myself to sleep!
This role would either suit someone who is looking just for part time work - long term or someone who would like to grow with our business and is keen to become a full time baker with us.
We are extremely passionate about what we do and we work very hard to produce the quantity and quality of products so we are looking for someone who will really fit in to our bakery and become part of our family.
A love of dogs and hill walking is desirable for “team bonding” but not essential!
