We will be joined by Six ˚ North experts on the day who will guide us through six tastings accompanied with a taster menu.

My first time staying in the New Inn and if I am back that way, I’ll definitely stay again.
The staff were great (thanks Marie & Heidi), very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I had a burger and it was the tastiest burger I’ve had in a long time. I think it was called the sizzler however if it wasn’t, it was the first burger on the bar menu.
So a big thumbs up from me and well done to everyone.

Just wanted to say what a fabulous meal we had Valentines Day. We were there as a family and the restaurant was busy but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had different meals between the 6 of us, our 8 month old granddaughter loved her mac & Cheese. We all enjoyed ours too The staff very friendly and helpful.
I have eaten here since coming to the area over 5 yrs ago. I have never been disappointed with staff or food. My whole family love it. Chipshop starter is my favouite. Have everytime. Yesterday i had the flying scotsman burger and it was delicious. Thick juicy burger.we all loved our meals and staff were great. Smiles,helpful and attentive. Great job. Find ir hard to believe anyone would not enjoy eating here. ��

Had our wedding here on Saturday and what a day!! Thank you so much to all the staff! The food was OUTSTANDING the service was excellent and we had the best day! Such a gorgeous venue and the rooms were all nice clean and comfy!
Had lunch with a friend yesterday in the bar / lounge . Food and service was great .

Had a fab meal with my mum tonight, great atmosphere as always, good food and an exceptionally friendly, fun and gorgeous waiter! Then on to the pub quiz supplemented by a fantastic selection of gins - awesome night �
Great meal yesterday evening,lovely choice of mAin courses in a group of 23 had the hayloft to ourselves service was super.
Excellent service & lunch in the lounge bar, highly recommend ��

Came for lunch today and took not very well. Staff were amazing and looked after me and my friend very well. so a big thank you to your staff and ambulance crew. I will be back and promise to stay for my food next time. Again thank you
Always get a lovely meal at The New Inn. Highly recommend the Chicken Cornkist, it’s so yummy! The staff always chatty and welcoming too :)
Stayed here for one night . The room was lovely , just a little on the small side for the money we paid . There was a problem with the plumbing , in that everytime someone flushed the toilet in the public bar the noise in the room was hideous. Not of flushing but pipes or something . However once the bar closed around 1 am it stopped. The staff at this hotel are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you . The food � well !! It was first class all the way. We had a meal at night and breakfast in the morning and it truly was wonderful. Would def stay here again
I dropped in at 10:30 at night to ask if they had any rooms to which they did. Was pleased with the reasonable price for a bed and my breakfast. Not a patch on my Bury Black Pudding mind.
Found a comfortable ensuite room with better than average double bed.
Checked out thinking I was going home that night but work over ran. One phone call later. Of course we can find you a room they said.
This room was a little smaller but still all that I needed.
Will definitely be back if around here again
Great stay last night. Lovely room with everything you could need. Helpful and courteous staff throughout the hotel and the excellent Cornkist restaurant. Would defo stay again and recommend to all !!
Was at a wedding yesterday. First I have to commend the staff for their first class service and good food, BUT I have to say the owner needs to address his customer service relations and his attitude. He is rude and condescending after implying a guest at my particular table would not be able to pay for the bottle of wine he asked for. The guest asked for a particular wine, the owner came back with a House Wine, the guest said "no I want the wine I asked for" the owner said "you will have to pay" fine said the guest and the owner retorted "I don't think so" WOW could not believe what I was hearing implying he wouldn't be able to afford to pay for it. WHAT !!....... Then before he would give him the wine he had to show him his room key as proof as he didn't believe he was a guest. Shocked was not the word ! Also to the owner while serving alcoholic beverages, please do not put your fingers inside glasses you have just put drinks in people are about to drink from them, totally unhygienic.
Came in for a steak burger and got a processed patty and chilli mince. Good flavors but not steak. Disappointing. Great prawn cocktail.
Wasn't impressed with the quality of the food, burger was like something you would get from a cheap burger van with half a slice of dry haggis and black pudding slapped on top.
Husband had the scotch egg which had something that tasted a lot like HP sauce splashed on top. Wouldn't hurry back.
