Weekend weirdness! Unfortunately our external phone line isnŌĆÖt very happy this weekend and we are unable to receive or make any calls to or from the outside world.
Please email info@transition-extreme.com if you need to get in touch and we will respond as soon as possible while we get the lines up and running again!

Not to unduly rush things, but the summer holidays are half over now, and itŌĆÖs never really to soon to think ahead when it comes to keeping the young ones entertained. Also, if you book before the 24th of August youŌĆÖll save ┬Ż15. See, a bit of forward planning really can pay off!

Hmm, doesnŌĆÖt look like weŌĆÖll be doing much riding or skating tonight, but the crew is still heading out to Bridge of Don in the van on the off chance it clears up. WeŌĆÖll bring along some skatepark vouchers as well, though weŌĆÖre obviously advising no one come out if thereŌĆÖs lightening. ­¤śÄ

All of a sudden the outlook has rain forecast? HereŌĆÖs some costal inspiration for when the weather turns bright again :)

Phoenix, our Project 51 'Young Influencer', was with us on Wednesday for coached sessions in our climbing centre and skatepark. Now who says being 'sporty' isn't cool? sported Women in Sport

"The drop-out rate for young girls in sport is massive, especially around the age of 15. There used to be a perception - and I think it still exists - that you're either sporty, or you're not. I've always laboured the point that you can be both."
We're working hard with Project 51 (sported, Women in Sport) to let girls and women know that participation in sports isn't a zero sum trade-off with other aspects of life. Be sporty today then glamorous tonight - own it, because it's all good!

Who says work canŌĆÖt be fun? Certainly not us! Another fine evening out at Tesco Woodend last night delivering our Extreme Summer session with CFINE and Denis LawŌĆÖs Streetsport. On our way to Kincorth soon to soak up more of this awesome sunshine!

Maximillian Milne made finals at the European Youth Cup and Stephen placed 14th!

The sun has gone away, but we still want to play! A few spots remaining for those brave enough to take on the course under average Aberdeen conditions. ­¤śÄ

Went to the beginner open session this morning with my 6 year old with his own bike and hired a bike for my 8 year old. They had a fab time. Really enjoyed it, would recommend it and staff were really helpful. Will be back.

Well worth the trip from Elgin. Amazing all wood park, really friendly crew there's and not a bloody scooter in sight ! Other indoor parks should learn from this. Less collisions and less damage to the park from the bases of scooters rounding off the edges of the features. Keep it up, I'll be back for sure ­¤æŹ­¤Å╗­¤æŹ­¤Å╗

We were at Transition Extreme last weekend for a skateboarding party and today for a climbing party. The kids had lots of fun, the staff were excellent and the food went down well. Thanks very much - great place.

We went for the fun day today, my son had a blast doin gladiator challenge and the top trail, he said the team outside were ace and fun

We love gong to Tranition Extreme

We use the climbing wall and the cafe. The staff are lovely from the moment you are at the reception besk to entering the activity closure .

You also get a lovely tea or coffee up in the cafe with food for when you hungry from your activity .

We had a group of 40 P6 pupils take part in their NICAS accreditation. The staff were amazing with the pupils and the sessions were excellent. We also had an evening staff session. Cannot recommend enough.

We attended an ASN session through SCILL tonight and both my son and his sister loved the chance to do this together. Excellent! Well done to all who organised. Wish we could have this more often . Well done.! Thanks from Ellie and Alec.

Or rather my 5yr old Daughter loved it! She tried her first Skateboard Lesson closely followed by a Climbing Lesson yesterday.



She was buzzing afterwards, it seems she has 2 new hobbies! She will definitely be back, staff were patient and made it fun for her.

My wee lad has been coming for BMX lessons for the last 4 weeks and we have booked a further block as he has really enjoyed it. Im really impressed with how he has improved in confidence and find the coaches so patient and helpful.

I would like to praise your staff especially the girl on reception, the young lady we dealt with was very polite and helpful. We also admired the way your coaching staff were interacting with their young charges,they reflect an attitude which is lacking in so many people these days.

Hi, I was in tonight for my first wall climbing session With Kelly. I have a fear of heights and wanted to challenge my self. Kelly was great she made me feel very safe and I made it to the top (albeit the beginners wall) ’┐Į Going back to make it to the top of the 15mts wall.

Great instructor, good facilitets and exercise that EXCITES! :D Thank you Transition extreme

First visit and from start to finish the team at TE made the whole experience a memorable one. My 5yr old daughter & I signed up for the family taster session on the climbing wall and had a great time. Thanks to our coach Scott for his patience & the team on reception. All very helpful & friendly. We will be back for more soon!

Fantastic indoor skate/bmx park for our kids , well policed by staff of which a couple are very helpful towards the younger kids , no scooters being used as helicopters which is a massive bonus , highly recommended.

Booked a BMX lesson for two girls..instructor was very good as it was their first time and a wee bit unsure but he soon had them whizzing round. Thanks so much!! All the staff are very helpful and informative we will be back soon. ’┐Į

Biggest and best climbing in the NE! Great staff, very knowledgeable and confident. Confidence that will transfer to anyone (like our group) new to climbing.

An excellent venue and the staff are second to none. Quite a variety of routes on the walls, but could do with a wider mix of grades on some of the more challenging lines.

Other wise an overall winner.

Amazing skatepark with great atmosphere. Friendly and highly knowledgeable professional instructors. And as the icing on the cake all those girl receptionists who if beauty was a crime would be jailed for life. One could not ask for more.

Had birthday party there today. Reception staff and climbing instructor lovely. Preordered party food was a let down. No fresh fruit salad as listed, just a bowl of fruit cocktail plonked on the table after I asked where the fruit was. Unfortunately attitude of the young guy who brought it made things worse, he just couldnt have cared less. Manager confirmed there should have been fresh fruit but didnt know what had gone wrong. Surely if youve got parties booked, you make sure you have whats needed in the kitchen beforehand. Cant fault the climbing, kids had a great time, but we prob wouldnt do food again. Would have been five stars otherwise.
